Matthew 13:10-17
10And the disciplesG3101 cameG4334, and saidG3004 unto him, WhyG5101 speakest thou unto them in parablesG3850? 11And he answeredG611 and saidG3004 unto them, Unto you it is givenG1325 to knowG1097 the mysteriesG3466 of the kingdomG932 of heavenG3772, but to them it is not givenG1325. 12For whosoever hath, to him shall be givenG1325, and he shall have abundanceG4052: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be takenG142 awayG142 evenG2532 that which he hath. 13Therefore speakG2980 I to them in parablesG3850; because seeingG991 they seeG991 not, and hearingG191 they hearG191 not, neither do they understandG4920. 14And unto them is fulfilled the prophecyG4394 of IsaiahG2268, which saith,
16But blessed are your eyesG3788, for they seeG991; and your earsG3775, for they hearG191. 17For verily I sayG3004 unto you, that manyG4183 prophetsG4396 and righteousG1342 menG1342 desiredG1937 to seeG3708 the thingsG4183 which ye seeG3708, and sawG3708 them not; and to hearG191 the thingsG4183 which ye hearG191, and heardG191 them not.
