Luke 24:24-31
24And certainG5100 of them that were with us wentG565 to the tombG3419, and foundG2147 it evenG2532 so as the womenG1135 had saidG3004: but him they sawG3708 not. 25And he saidG3004 unto them, O foolishG453 men, and slowG1021 of heartG2588 to believeG4100 in all that the prophetsG4396 have spokenG2980! 26Behooved it not the ChristG5547 to sufferG3958 these thingsG3778, and to enterG1525 into his gloryG1391? 27And beginningG757 from MosesG3475 and from all the prophetsG4396, he interpreted to them in all the scripturesG1124 the thingsG3956 concerningG4012 himself. 28And they drew nigh unto the villageG2968, whither they were goingG4198: and he made as though he would goG4198 further. 29And they constrained him, sayingG3004, AbideG3306 with us; for it isG1510 toward eveningG2073, and the dayG2250 isG1510 now far spent. And he wentG1525 in to abideG3306 with them. 30And it cameG1096 to passG1096, when he had sat down with them to meat, he tookG2983 the breadG740 and blessedG2127; and breakingG2806 it he gaveG1929 to them. 31And their eyesG3788 were openedG1272, and they knewG1921 him; and he vanished out of their sight.
