Acts 13:45-52
45But when the JewsG2453 sawG3708 the multitudesG3793, they were filledG4130 with jealousyG2205, and contradicted the things which were spokenG2980 by PaulG3972, and blasphemedG987. 46And PaulG3972 and BarnabasG921 spake out boldlyG3955, and saidG3004, It wasG1510 necessaryG316 that the wordG3056 of GodG2316 should firstG4413 beG1510 spokenG2980 to you. SeeingG3708 ye thrust it from you, and judgeG2919 yourselves unworthy of eternalG166 lifeG2222, lo, we turnG4762 to the GentilesG1484. 47For soG3779 hath the LordG2962 commandedG1781 us, saying,
48And as the GentilesG1484 heardG191 this, they wereG1510 gladG5463, and glorifiedG1392 the wordG3056 of God: and as manyG3745 as wereG1510 ordained to eternalG166 lifeG2222 believedG4100. 49And the wordG3056 of the LordG2962 was spread abroad throughout all the regionG5561. 50But the JewsG2453 urged on the devout womenG1135 of honorable estate, and the chief men of the cityG4172, and stirred up a persecutionG1375 against PaulG3972 and BarnabasG921, and castG1544 them out of their borders. 51But they shookG1621 off the dustG2868 of their feetG4228 against them, and cameG2064 unto IconiumG2430. 52And the disciplesG3101 were filledG4137 with joyG5479 and with the HolyG40 SpiritG4151.
