2 Kings 3:16-20

16And he saidH559, ThusH3541 saith Jehovah, MakeH6213 this valley full of trenches. 17For thusH3541 saith Jehovah, Ye shall not seeH7200 windH7307, neither shall ye seeH7200 rainH1653; yet that valley shall be filledH4390 with waterH4325, and ye shall drinkH8354, both ye and your cattleH929 and your beasts. 18And this is but a light thingH7043 in the sight of Jehovah: he will also deliver the Moabites into your handH3027. 19And ye shall smite every fortified cityH5892, and every choiceH4004 cityH5892, and shall fellH5307 every goodH2896 treeH6086, and stopH5640 all fountains of waterH4325, and mar every goodH2896 piece of landH2513 with stonesH68. 20And it cameH935 to pass in the morningH1242, about the time of offeringH4503 the oblation, that, behold, there cameH935 waterH4325 by the wayH1870 of EdomH123, and the country wasH1961 filledH4390 with waterH4325.
