2 Kings 2:16-22
16And they saidH559 unto him, Behold now, there are with thy servantsH5650 fiftyH2572 strong menH376; let them goH7971, we pray thee, and seekH1245 thy masterH113, lestH6435 the SpiritH7307 of Jehovah hath takenH5375 him up, and castH7993 him upon some mountainH2022, or into some valleyH1516. And he saidH559, Ye shall not sendH7971. 17And when they urged him till he was ashamedH954, he saidH559, SendH7971. They sentH7971 therefore fiftyH2572 menH376; and they soughtH1245 threeH7969 daysH3117, but foundH4672 him not. 18And they came backH7725 to him, while he tarried at JerichoH3405; and he saidH559 unto them, Did I not sayH559 unto you, GoH7725 not?
19And the menH376 of the cityH5892 saidH559 unto ElishaH477, Behold, we pray thee, the situation of this cityH5892 is pleasant, as my lordH113 seeth: but the waterH4325 is badH7451, and the landH776 miscarrieth. 20And he saidH559, Bring me a newH2319 cruse, and putH7760 saltH4417 therein. And they brought it to him. 21And he wentH3318 forthH3318 unto the spring of the watersH4325, and castH7993 saltH4417 therein, and saidH559, ThusH3541 saith Jehovah, I have healedH7495 these watersH4325; there shall not beH1961 from thence any more deathH4194 or miscarrying. 22So the watersH4325 were healedH7495 unto this dayH3117, according to the wordH1697 of ElishaH477 which he spake.
