4OfeveryH3605tribeH4294athousandH505,throughoutH3605allH3605thetribesH4294ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, shall yesendתִּשְׁלְח֖וּtish.le.ChuH7971to thewarלַצָּבָֽא׃la.tza.Va'H6635.

5So there were delivered,outשְׁנֵים־she.neim-H8147of thethousandsמֵאַלְפֵ֣יme.'al.FeiH505ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, athousandאֶ֖לֶף'E.lefH505of everytribeלַמַּטֶּ֑הla.ma.TehH4294,twelveעָשָׂ֥ר'a.SarH6240thousandאֶ֖לֶף'E.lefH505armedחֲלוּצֵ֥יcha.lu.TzeiH2502forwarצָבָֽא׃tza.Va'H6635.

10Andallכָּל־kol-H3605theircitiesעָרֵיהֶם֙'a.rei.HemH5892in theplacesבְּמ֣וֹשְׁבֹתָ֔םbe.Mo.o.she.vo.TamH4186wherein they dwelt, andallכָּל־kol-H3605theirencampmentsטִֽירֹתָ֑םti.ro.TamH2918, theyburntשָׂרְפ֖וּsa.re.FuH8313withfireבָּאֵֽשׁ׃ba.'EshH784.

14AndMosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872was wroth with theofficersH8269of thehostH6635, thecaptainsH8269ofthousandsהָאֲלָפִים֙ha.'a.la.FimH505and thecaptainsH8269ofhundredsהַמֵּא֔וֹתha.me.'otH3967,whichH6635cameהַבָּאִ֖יםha.ba.'ImH935from theserviceH6635of thewarהַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ha.mil.cha.MahH4421.

15AndMosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, Have ye savedallכָּל־kol-H3605thewomenנְקֵבָֽה׃ne.ke.VahH5347aliveהַֽחִיִּיתֶ֖םha.chi.yi.TemH2421?

16Beholdהֵ֣ןhenH2005,theseהֵ֜נָּהHe.nahH2007causedהָי֨וּha.YuH1961thechildrenלִבְנֵ֤יliv.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,throughH5921thecounselבִּדְבַ֣רbid.VarH1697ofBalaamבִּלְעָ֔םbil.'AmH1109, to committrespassמַ֥עַלMa.'alH4604againstH5921theLORDבַּיהוָ֖הba.Yah.wehH3068in thematterדְּבַר־de.var-H1697ofPeorפְּע֑וֹרpe.'orH6465, andsoוַתְּהִ֥יva.te.HiH1961theplagueהַמַּגֵּפָ֖הha.ma.ge.FahH4046was among thecongregationבַּעֲדַ֥תba.'a.DatH5712of theLORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

17Nowוְעַתָּ֕הve.'a.TahH6258thereforekillהִרְג֥וּhir.GuH2026everyכָל־khol-H3605maleH2145among thelittleבַּטָּ֑ףba.TafH2945onesH2945, andkillהֲרֹֽגוּ׃ha.Ro.guH2026everyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605womanאִשָּׁ֗ה'i.ShahH802that hathknownיֹדַ֥עַתyo.Da.'atH3045manאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376bylyingלְמִשְׁכַּ֥בle.mish.KavH4904with him.
