3WhatH834manH376soever there be of thehouseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, that killeth anoxשׁ֥וֹרShorH7794, orlambכֶ֛שֶׂבKhe.sevH3775, orgoatעֵ֖ז'ezH5795, in thecampבַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֑הba.ma.cha.NehH4264, or that killeth it without thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃La.ma.cha.NehH4264,

4and hathnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808broughtהֱבִיאוֹ֒he.vi.'OH935it unto thedoorפֶּ֜תַחPe.tachH6607of thetentאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵד֮mo.'EdH4150, toofferלְהַקְרִ֤יבle.hak.RivH7126it as an oblation unto theLORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068beforeלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440thetabernacleמִשְׁכַּ֣ןmish.KanH4908of theLORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068:bloodדָּ֣םdamH1818shall be imputed unto thatmanלָאִ֤ישׁla.'IshH376; he hathshedשָׁפָ֔ךְsha.FakhH8210bloodדָּ֣םdamH1818; and thatmanהָאִ֥ישׁha.'IshH376shall becutוְנִכְרַ֛תve.nikh.RatH3772offH3772from among hispeopleעַמּֽוֹ׃a.MoH5971:

5To the end that thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478maybringיָבִ֜יאוּya.Vi.'uH935theirsacrificesH2077,whichH834theysacrificeH2077in theopenפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440fieldהַשָּׂדֶה֒ha.sa.DehH7704,evenH853that they maybringוֶֽהֱבִיאֻ֣םve.he.vi.'UmH935them unto theLORDלַֽיהוָ֗הla.Yah.wehH3068, unto thedoorפֶּ֛תַחPe.tachH6607of thetentאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150, unto thepriestהַכֹּהֵ֑ןha.ko.HenH3548, andsacrificeH2077them forsacrificesH2077ofpeaceשְׁלָמִ֛יםshe.la.MimH8002offeringsH8002unto theLORDלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068.

6And thepriestהַכֹּהֵ֤ןha.ko.HenH3548shallsprinkleוְזָרַ֨קve.za.RakH2236thebloodהַדָּם֙ha.DamH1818uponעַל־'al-H5921thealtarמִזְבַּ֣חmiz.BachH4196of theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068at thedoorפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of thetentאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵ֑דmo.'EdH4150, andburnוְהִקְטִ֣ירve.hik.TirH6999thefatהַחֵ֔לֶבha.Che.levH2459for a sweet savour unto theLORDלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

7And they shallnoוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808moreעוֹד֙'OdH5750sacrificeH2077theirsacrificesH2077unto the he-goats,afterאַחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם'a.cha.rei.HemH310whomאֲשֶׁ֛ר'a.SherH834theygoתִּֽהְיֶה־tih.yeh-H1961a whoring. This shall be astatuteחֻקַּ֥תchu.KatH2708foreverעוֹלָ֛םo.LamH5769unto themthroughoutH1755theirgenerationsלְדֹרֹתָֽם׃le.do.ro.TamH1755.

8And thou shaltsayתֹּאמַ֔רto.MarH559unto them, WhatsoevermanH376there be of thehouseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, or of thestrangersהַגֵּ֖רha.GerH1616that sojourn among them, that offereth aburntעֹלָ֖ה'o.LahH5930offering orsacrificeזָֽבַח׃Za.vachH2077,

9and bringeth itnotH3808unto thedoorפֶּ֜תַחPe.tachH6607of thetentאֹ֤הֶל'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵד֙mo.'EdH4150, to sacrifice it unto theLORDלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068;evenH3808thatmanהָאִ֥ישׁha.'IshH376shall becutוְנִכְרַ֛תve.nikh.RatH3772offH3772from hispeopleמֵעַמָּֽיו׃me.'a.MavH5971.

10AndwhatsoeverH3605manH376there be of thehouseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478, or of thestrangersהַגֵּר֙ha.GerH1616that sojourn among them, that eatethanyH3605manner ofbloodדָּ֑םDamH1818; I willsetוְנָתַתִּ֣יve.na.ta.TiH5414myfaceפָנַ֗יfa.NaiH6440againstוּמִן־u.min-H4480thatsoulבַּנֶּ֙פֶשׁ֙ba.Ne.feshH5315that eatethbloodהַדָּ֔םha.DamH1818, and willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֥יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772himoffH3772from among hispeopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.

11For thelifeנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315of thefleshהַבָּשָׂר֮ha.ba.SarH1320is in thebloodבַּדָּ֣םba.DamH1818: and I havegivenH5414it toyouH3588uponעַל־'al-H5921thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196tomakeH5414atonementלְכַפֵּ֖רle.kha.PerH3722for yoursoulsנַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315: for it is thebloodהַדָּ֥םha.DamH1818that makethatonementיְכַפֵּֽר׃ye.kha.PerH3722byreasonעַל־'al-H5921of thelifeבַּנֶּ֥פֶשׁba.Ne.feshH5315.

12Therefore Isaidאָמַ֙רְתִּי֙'a.Mar.tiH559unto thechildrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,Noלֹא־lo'-H3808soulנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315ofyouH3605shalleatתֹ֣אכַלTo.khalH398bloodדָּ֑םDamH1818,neitherלֹא־lo'-H3808shallanyH3605strangerוְהַגֵּ֛רve.ha.GerH1616that sojourneth amongyouH3605eatיֹ֥אכַלYo.khalH398bloodדָּֽם׃ סDamH1818.

13And whatsoevermanH376there be of thechildrenמִבְּנֵ֣יmi.be.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478, or of thestrangersהַגֵּר֙ha.GerH1616that sojourn among them,whichH834taketh in huntinganyH4480beastחַיָּ֛הchai.YahH2416orfowlע֖וֹףofH5775that may beeatenיֵאָכֵ֑לye.'a.KhelH398; he shallpourוְשָׁפַךְ֙ve.sha.faKhH8210outH4480thebloodדָּמ֔וֹda.MoH1818thereof, andcoverוְכִסָּ֖הוּve.khi.Sa.huH3680it withdustבֶּעָפָֽר׃be.'a.FarH6083.

14For as to thelifeנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315ofallH3605fleshבָּשָׂ֗רba.SarH1320, thebloodדָּמ֣וֹda.MoH1818thereof isallH3605one with thelifeבְנַפְשׁוֹ֮ve.naf.ShoH5315thereof: therefore Isaidוָֽאֹמַר֙va.'o.MarH559unto thechildrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, Ye shalleatH398thebloodדַּ֥םdamH1818ofnoלֹ֣אlo'H3808manner offleshבָּשָׂ֖רba.SarH1320: for thelifeנֶ֤פֶשׁNe.feshH5315ofallH3605fleshבָּשָׂר֙ba.SarH1320is thebloodדָּמ֣וֹda.MoH1818thereof: whosoever eateth it shall becutיִכָּרֵֽת׃yi.ka.RetH3772offH3772.

15Andeveryוְכָל־ve.kholH3605soulH5315that eateth thatwhichH834dieth of itself, or thatwhichH834istornוּטְרֵפָ֔הu.te.re.FahH2966ofbeastsH2966, whether he be homeborn or astrangerוּבַגֵּ֑רu.va.GerH1616, he shallwashוְכִבֶּ֨סve.khi.BesH3526hisclothesבְּגָדָ֜יוbe.ga.DavH899, andbatheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364himselfH5315inwaterבַּמַּ֛יִםba.Ma.yimH4325, and beuncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilH5704theevenH5704: then shall he becleanוְטָהֵֽר׃ve.ta.HerH2891.

16Butifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518hewashיְכַבֵּ֔סye.kha.BesH3526themnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808,norלֹ֣אlo'H3808batheיִרְחָ֑ץyir.ChatzH7364hisfleshוּבְשָׂר֖וֹu.ve.sa.RoH1320, then he shallbearוְנָשָׂ֖אve.na.Sa'H5375hisiniquityעֲוֹנֽוֹ׃ פa.vo.NoH5771.
