5That which groweth of itself of thyharvestקְצִֽירְךָ֙ke.tzi.re.ChaH7105thou shaltnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808reapתִקְצ֔וֹרtik.TzorH7114, and thegrapesעִנְּבֵ֥י'i.ne.VeiH6025of thy undressed vine thou shaltnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808gatherתִבְצֹ֑רtiv.TzorH1219: it shall be ayearשְׁנַ֥תshe.NatH8141ofsolemnH7677restH7677for thelandלָאָֽרֶץ׃la.'A.retzH776.

6And thesabbathשַׁבַּ֨תsha.BatH7676of thelandהָאָ֤רֶץha.'A.retzH776shall be forfoodלְאָכְלָ֔הle.'okh.LahH402foryouעִמָּֽךְ׃'i.MakhH5973; for thee, and for thyservantH5650and for thymaidוְלַאֲמָתֶ֑ךָve.la.'a.ma.Te.khaH519, and for thyhiredוְלִשְׂכִֽירְךָ֙ve.lis.khi.re.KhaH7916servantH5650and for thy stranger that sojourn with thee;

7and for thycattleH929, and for thebeastsH929that are in thylandבְּאַרְצֶ֑ךָbe.'ar.Tze.khaH776, shallallכָל־khol-H3605theincreaseתְּבוּאָתָ֖הּte.vu.'a.TahH8393thereof be forfoodלֶאֱכֹֽל׃ סle.'e.KholH398.

9Then shalt thou send abroad the loudtrumpetשׁוֹפַ֤רsho.FarH7782on thetenthבֶּעָשׂ֖וֹרbe.'a.SorH6218dayבְּיוֹם֙be.yOmH3117of theseventhהַשְּׁבִעִ֔יha.she.vi.'IH7637monthH2320; in thedayH3117ofatonementהַכִּפֻּרִ֔יםha.ki.pu.RimH3725shall ye send abroad thetrumpetשׁוֹפָ֖רsho.FarH7782throughoutH3605allH3605yourlandאַרְצְכֶֽם׃'ar.tze.KhemH776.

10And ye shall hallow thefiftiethהַחֲמִשִּׁים֙ha.cha.mi.ShimH2572yearH8141, andproclaimוּקְרָאתֶ֥םu.ke.ra.TemH7121libertyדְּר֛וֹרde.RorH1865throughoutH3605thelandבָּאָ֖רֶץba.'A.retzH776untoallH3605theinhabitantsיֹשְׁבֶ֑יהָyo.she.Vei.haH3427thereof: it shall be a jubile untoyouH3605; and ye shallreturnוְשַׁבְתֶּ֗םve.shav.TemH7725everyH3605manאִ֚ישׁ'ishH376unto hispossessionאֲחֻזָּת֔וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272, and ye shallreturnתָּשֻֽׁבוּ׃ta.Shu.vuH7725everyH3605manוְאִ֥ישׁve.'IshH376unto hisfamilyמִשְׁפַּחְתּ֖וֹmish.pach.ToH4940.

11A jubile shall thatfiftiethהַחֲמִשִּׁ֥יםha.cha.mi.ShimH2572yearH8141be untoyouH3808: ye shallnotH3808sowתִזְרָ֔עוּtiz.Ra.'uH2232,neitherH3808reapתִקְצְרוּ֙tik.tze.RuH7114thatwhichH1931groweth ofitselfH1931in it,norH3808gatherתִבְצְר֖וּtiv.tze.RuH1219the grapes in it of the undressedvinesנְזִרֶֽיהָ׃ne.zi.Rei.haH5139.

12For it is a jubile; it shall beholyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944untoyouכִּ֚יkiH3588: ye shalleatתֹּאכְל֖וּto.khe.LuH398theincreaseתְּבוּאָתָֽהּ׃te.vu.'a.TahH8393thereofoutמִן־min-H4480of thefieldהַ֨שָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704.

13In thisyearבִּשְׁנַ֥תbish.NatH8141of jubile ye shallreturnתָּשֻׁ֕בוּta.Shu.vuH7725everyH376manH376unto hispossessionאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃'a.chu.za.ToH272.

14Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588thousellתִמְכְּר֤וּtim.ke.RuH4376aught unto thy neighbour, orbuyקָנֹ֖הka.NohH7069of thy neighbour’shandמִיַּ֣דmi.YadH3027, ye shallnotאַל־'al-H408wrongתּוֹנ֖וּto.NuH3238oneanotherאָחִֽיו׃'a.ChivH251:

21then I willcommandוְצִוִּ֤יתִיve.tzi.Vi.tiH6680myblessingבִּרְכָתִי֙bir.kha.TiH1293uponyouH6680in thesixthהַשִּׁשִּׁ֑יתha.shi.ShitH8345yearבַּשָּׁנָ֖הba.sha.NahH8141, and it shall bring forth fruit for thethreeלִשְׁלֹ֖שׁlish.LoshH7969yearsהַשָּׁנִֽים׃ha.sha.NimH8141.

22And ye shallsowוּזְרַעְתֶּ֗םu.ze.ra'.TemH2232theeighthהַשְּׁמִינִ֔תha.she.mi.NitH8066yearהַשָּׁנָ֣הha.sha.NahH8141, andeatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖םva.'a.khal.TemH398of the fruits, theoldיָשָׁ֑ןya.ShanH3465store;untilעַ֣ד׀'adH5704theninthהַתְּשִׁיעִ֗תha.te.shi.'ItH8671yearהַשָּׁנָ֣הha.sha.NahH8141,untilעַד־'ad-H5704herH935fruitscomeH935in, ye shalleatתֹּאכְל֖וּto.khe.LuH398theoldיָשָֽׁן׃ya.ShanH3465store.

23And thelandוְהָאָ֗רֶץve.ha.'A.retzH776shallnotלֹ֤אlo'H3808besoldתִמָּכֵר֙ti.ma.KherH4376in perpetuity; for thelandהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776is mine: for ye arestrangersגֵרִ֧יםge.RimH1616andsojournersוְתוֹשָׁבִ֛יםve.to.sha.VimH8453withmeעִמָּדִֽי׃'i.ma.DiH5978.

24And inallוּבְכֹ֖לu.ve.KholH3605thelandאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of yourpossessionאֲחֻזַּתְכֶ֑ם'a.chu.zat.KhemH272ye shallgrantתִּתְּנ֥וּti.te.NuH5414aredemptionגְּאֻלָּ֖הge.'u.LahH1353for thelandלָאָֽרֶץ׃ סla.'A.retzH776.

25Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588thybrotherאָחִ֔יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251be waxenpoorיָמ֣וּךְya.MukhH4134, andsellוּמָכַ֖רu.ma.KharH4376some of hispossessionמֵאֲחֻזָּת֑וֹme.'a.chu.za.ToH272, then shall hiskinsmanH251that isnextגֹֽאֲלוֹ֙go.'a.LoH1350unto himcomeוּבָ֤אu.Va'H935, and shallredeemוְגָאַ֕לve.ga.'AlH1350that which hisbrotherאָחִֽיו׃'a.ChivH251hathsoldH4376.

26Andifכִּ֛יkiH3588amanוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376havenoלֹ֥אlo'H3808one toredeemH1350it, and he be waxen rich andfindוּמָצָ֖אu.ma.Tza'H4672sufficientכְּדֵ֥יke.DeiH1767toredeemH1350it;

27then let himcountH8141theyearsשְׁנֵ֣יshe.NeiH8141of thesaleמִמְכָּר֔וֹmi.ka.RoH4465thereof, andrestoreוְהֵשִׁיב֙ve.he.ShivH7725the overplus unto themanלָאִ֖ישׁla.'IshH376towhomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834hesoldמָֽכַר־ma.khar-H4376it; and he shallreturnוְשָׁ֖בve.ShavH7725unto hispossessionלַאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃la.'a.chu.za.ToH272.

28Butifוְאִ֨םve.'ImH518he benotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808ableH3027togetH3318itbackהָשִׁ֣יבha.ShivH7725forhimselfH3027, then that which he hathsoldמִמְכָּר֗וֹmi.ka.RoH4465shallremainוְהָיָ֣הve.ha.YahH1961in thehandH3027of him that hathboughtהַקֹּנֶ֣הha.ko.NehH7069ituntilעַ֖ד'adH5704theyearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of jubile: and in the jubile it shallgoוְיָצָא֙ve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318, and he shallreturnוְשָׁ֖בve.ShavH7725unto hispossessionלַאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃la.'a.chu.za.ToH272.

29Andifכִּֽי־ki-H3588amanוְאִ֗ישׁve.'IshH376sellיִמְכֹּ֤רyim.KorH4376adwellingמוֹשַׁב֙mo.ShavH4186houseבֵּית־beit-H1004in awalledחוֹמָ֔הcho.MahH2346cityעִ֣יר'irH5892, then he may redeem itwithinH1004awholeH3117yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141afterH1961it issoldH4376; for afullH3117yearH8141shall he have therightגְּאֻלָּת֔וֹge.'u.la.ToH1353ofredemptionגְאֻלָּתֽוֹ׃ge.'u.la.ToH1353.

30Andifוְאִ֣םve.'ImH518it benotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808redeemedיִגָּאֵ֗לyi.ga.'ElH1350withinH1004thespaceH4390of afullH4390yearשָׁנָ֣הsha.NahH8141, then thehouseהַבַּ֨יִתha.Ba.yitH1004that is in thewalledחֹמָ֗הcho.MahH2346cityבָּעִ֜ירba.'IrH5892shall bemadeH834sure in perpetuity to him thatboughtלַקֹּנֶ֥הla.ko.NehH7069it,throughoutH1755hisgenerationsלְדֹרֹתָ֑יוle.do.ro.TavH1755: it shallnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808goיֵצֵ֖אye.Tze'H3318outH3318in the jubile.

31But thehousesוּבָתֵּ֣יu.va.TeiH1004of the villageswhichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834havenoאֵין־'ein-H369wallחֹמָה֙cho.MahH2346roundסָבִ֔יבsa.VivH5439aboutתִּהְיֶה־tih.yeh-H1961them shall bereckonedיֵחָשֵׁ֑בye.cha.ShevH2803with thefieldsשְׂדֵ֥הse.DehH7704of thecountryהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776: they may be redeemed, and they shallgoיֵצֵֽא׃ye.Tze'H3318outH3318in the jubile.

32Nevertheless thecitiesוְעָרֵי֙ve.'a.ReiH5892of theLevitesהַלְוִיִּ֔םhal.vi.YimH3881, thehousesבָּתֵּ֖יba.TeiH1004of thecitiesעָרֵ֣י'a.ReiH5892of theirpossessionאֲחֻזָּתָ֑ם'a.chu.za.TamH272, may theLevitesלַלְוִיִּֽם׃lal.vi.YimH3881redeem atanyתִּהְיֶ֥הtih.YehH1961time.

33Andifכִּ֣יkiH3588one of theLevitesהַלְוִיִּ֔םhal.vi.YimH3881redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350, then thehouseבַּ֛יִתBa.yitH1004that wassoldמִמְכַּר־mi.kar-H4465, and thecityוְעִ֥ירve.'IrH5892of hispossessionאֲחֻזָּת֖וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272, shallgoוְיָצָ֧אve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318in the jubile: for thehousesבָתֵּ֞יva.TeiH1004of thecitiesעָרֵ֣י'a.ReiH5892of theLevitesהַלְוִיִּ֗םhal.vi.YimH3881are theirpossessionאֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם'a.chu.za.TamH272among thechildrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

34But thefieldוּֽשְׂדֵ֛הu.se.DehH7704of the suburbs of theircitiesעָרֵיהֶ֖ם'a.rei.HemH5892maynotלֹ֣אlo'H3808besoldיִמָּכֵ֑רyi.ma.KherH4376; for it is theirperpetualעוֹלָ֛םo.LamH5769possessionאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272.

35Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588thybrotherאָחִ֔יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251be waxenpoorיָמ֣וּךְya.MukhH4134, and hishandיָד֖וֹya.DoH3027fail with thee; then thou shalt uphold him: as astrangerגֵּ֧רgerH1616and asojournerוְתוֹשָׁ֛בve.to.ShavH8453shall heliveוָחַ֖יva.ChaiH2421with thee.

36Takeתִּקַּ֤חti.KachH3947thounoאַל־'al-H408usuryH8636of him orincreaseH8636; butfearוְיָרֵ֖אתָve.ya.Re.taH3372thyGodמֵֽאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָme.'e.lo.Hei.khaH430: that thybrotherאָחִ֖יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251mayliveוְחֵ֥יve.CheiH2421with thee.

37Thou shaltnotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808giveתִתֵּ֥ןti.TenH5414him thymoneyכַּסְפְּךָ֔kas.pe.KhaH3701upon usury,norלֹא־lo'-H3808giveתִתֵּ֥ןti.TenH5414him thy victuals forincreaseוּבְמַרְבִּ֖יתu.ve.mar.BitH4768.

38I am theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068yourGodאֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם'e.Lo.hei.KhemH430,whichH834broughtH3318youH834forthH3318outH3318of thelandמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776ofEgyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, togiveלָתֵ֤תla.TetH5414youH834thelandאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776ofCanaanכְּנַ֔עַןke.Na.'anH3667, to be yourGodלֵאלֹהִֽים׃ סle.lo.HimH430.

39Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588thybrotherאָחִ֛יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251be waxenpoorיָמ֥וּךְya.MukhH4134with thee, andsellוְנִמְכַּר־ve.nim.kar-H4376himselfH3808unto thee; thou shaltnotH3808makeH5647him toserveH5647as a bondservant:

40as anhiredH7916servantH7916, and as asojournerכְּתוֹשָׁ֖בke.to.ShavH8453, he shall be with thee; he shallserveיַעֲבֹ֥דya.'a.VodH5647with thee unto theyearשְׁנַ֥תshe.NatH8141of jubile:

41then shall hegoוְיָצָא֙ve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318from thee, he and hischildrenוּבָנָ֣יוu.va.NavH1121with him, and shallreturnוְשָׁב֙ve.ShavH7725unto hisownH272familyמִשְׁפַּחְתּ֔וֹmish.pach.ToH4940, and unto thepossessionאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272of hisfathersאֲבֹתָ֖יו'a.vo.TavH1shall hereturnיָשֽׁוּב׃ya.ShuvH7725.

42For they are myservantsH5650,whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834IbroughtH3318forthH3318outH3318of thelandמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776ofEgyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714: they shallnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808besoldיִמָּכְר֖וּyi.ma.khe.RuH4376as bondmen.

43Thou shaltnotלֹא־lo'-H3808ruleתִרְדֶּ֥הtir.DehH7287over him with rigour; but shaltfearוְיָרֵ֖אתָve.ya.Re.taH3372thyGodמֵאֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃me.'e.lo.Hei.khaH430.

44And as for thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids,whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834thou shalt have; of thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֗םha.go.YimH1471that areroundסְבִיבֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔םse.vi.Vo.tei.KhemH5439aboutיִהְיוּ־yih.yu-H1961youאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834, of them shall yebuyתִּקְנ֖וּtik.NuH7069bondmen and bondmaids.

45Moreoverוְ֠גַםVe.gamH1571of thechildrenמִבְּנֵ֨יmi.be.NeiH1121of the strangers that do sojourn amongyouH834, of them shall yebuyתִּקְנ֔וּtik.NuH7069, and of theirfamiliesוּמִמִּשְׁפַּחְתָּם֙u.mi.mish.pach.TamH4940that are withyouH834,whichH834they havebegottenהוֹלִ֖ידוּho.Li.duH3205in yourlandבְּאַרְצְכֶ֑םbe.'ar.tze.KhemH776: and they shall be yourpossessionלַֽאֲחֻזָּֽה׃La.'a.chu.ZahH272.
