4He shallputיִלְבָּ֗שׁyil.BashH3847on theholyקֹ֜דֶשׁKo.deshH6944linenבַּ֨דbadH906coatכְּתֹֽנֶת־ke.to.net-H3801, and he shall have thelinenבַד֮vadH906breechesוּמִֽכְנְסֵי־u.mikh.ne.sei-H4370uponעַל־'al-H5921hisfleshבְּשָׂרוֹ֒be.sa.RoH1320, and shall begirdedיַחְגֹּ֔רyach.GorH2296with thelinenבַּד֙badH906girdle, and with thelinenבַּ֖דbadH906mitre shall he beattiredיִצְנֹ֑ףyitz.NofH6801: they are theholyקֹ֣דֶשׁKo.deshH6944garmentsבִּגְדֵי־big.dei-H899; and he shallbatheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364hisfleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320inwaterבַּמַּ֛יִםba.Ma.yimH4325, andputוּלְבֵשָֽׁם׃u.le.ve.ShamH3847them on.

5And he shalltakeיִקַּ֛חyi.KachH3947of thecongregationעֲדַת֙'a.DatH5712of thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478twoשְׁנֵֽי־she.nei-H8147he-goats for asinלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403offering, and oneramוְאַ֥יִלve.'A.yilH352for aburntלְעֹלָֽה׃le.'o.LahH5930offering.

8AndAaronאַהֲרֹ֛ן'a.ha.RonH175shallcastוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414lotsגּוֹרָל֑וֹתgo.ra.LotH1486uponעַל־'al-H5921thetwoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147goatsהַשְּׂעִירִ֖םha.se.'i.RimH8163; onelotגּוֹרָ֤לgo.RalH1486for theLORDלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068, and theotherH259lotוְגוֹרָ֥לve.go.RalH1486for Azazel.

10But thegoatוְהַשָּׂעִ֗ירve.ha.sa.'IrH8163, onwhichאֲשֶׁר֩'a.SherH834thelotהַגּוֹרָל֙ha.go.RalH1486fellעָלָ֨ה'a.LahH5927for Azazel, shall besetH5975aliveחַ֛יchaiH2416beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, tomakeH5975atonementלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722for him, tosendH7971himawayלְשַׁלַּ֥חle.sha.LachH7971for AzazelintoH5921thewildernessהַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃ha.mid.Ba.rahH4057.

14and he shalltakeוְלָקַח֙ve.la.KachH3947of thebloodמִדַּ֣םmi.DamH1818of the bullock, and sprinkle it with hisfingerבְאֶצְבָּע֛וֹve.'etz.ba.'OH676uponעַל־'al-H5921the mercy-seat on theeastקֵ֑דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924; andbeforeH6440the mercy-seat shall he sprinkle of thebloodהַדָּ֖םha.DamH1818with hisfingerבְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃be.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶֽׁבַע־she.va'-H7651timesפְּעָמִ֛יםpe.'a.MimH6471.

15Then shall hekillוְשָׁחַ֞טve.sha.ChatH7819thegoatשְׂעִ֤ירse.'IrH8163of thesinהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403offering, that is for thepeopleלָעָ֔םla.'AmH5971, andbringוְהֵבִיא֙ve.he.Vi'H935hisbloodדָּמ֔וֹda.MoH1818withinH5921theveilלַפָּרֹ֑כֶתla.pa.Ro.khetH6532, anddoוְעָשָׂ֣הve.'a.SahH6213with hisbloodדָּמ֗וֹda.MoH1818as hedidעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213with thebloodלְדַ֣םle.DamH1818of the bullock, and sprinkle ituponH5921the mercy-seat, andbeforeוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440the mercy-seat:

16and he shallmakeH6213atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for theholyהַקֹּ֗דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944placeH6944,becauseH5921of the uncleannesses of thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, andbecauseH5921of theirtransgressionsוּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖םu.mi.pish.'ei.HemH6588,evenH3651allלְכָל־le.kholH3605theirsinsחַטֹּאתָ֑םcha.to.TamH2403: andsoH3651shall hedoH6213for thetentלְאֹ֣הֶלle.'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150, that dwelleth with them in themidstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of their uncleannesses.

17And there shall benoH3808manאָדָ֞ם'a.DamH120in thetentבְּאֹ֣הֶלbe.'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵ֗דmo.'EdH4150when he goeth in to makeatonementלְכַפֵּ֥רle.kha.PerH3722in theholyבַּקֹּ֖דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944placeH6944,untilעַד־'ad-H5704hecomeבְּבֹא֛וֹbe.vo.'OH935outצֵאת֑וֹtze.ToH3318, and havemadeיִהְיֶ֣ה׀yih.YehH1961atonementוְכִפֶּ֤רve.khi.PerH3722forhimselfH3808, and for hishouseholdבֵּית֔וֹbei.ToH1004, and forallH3605theassemblyקְהַ֥לke.HalH6951ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

18And he shallgoוְיָצָ֗אve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318unto thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַha.miz.Be.achH4196that isbeforeלִפְנֵֽי־lif.nei-H6440theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, andmakeH5414atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for it; and shalltakeוְלָקַ֞חve.la.KachH3947of thebloodמִדַּ֤םmi.DamH1818of the bullock, and of thebloodוּמִדַּ֣םu.mi.DamH1818of thegoatהַשָּׂעִ֔ירha.sa.'IrH8163, andputוְנָתַ֛ןve.na.TanH5414ituponH5921thehornsקַרְנ֥וֹתkar.NotH7161of thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַha.miz.Be.achH4196roundH5439aboutH5439.

19And he shall sprinkle of thebloodהַדָּ֛םha.DamH1818uponעָלָ֧יו'a.LavH5921it with hisfingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֖וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶׁ֣בַעShe.va'H7651timesפְּעָמִ֑יםpe.'a.MimH6471, andcleanseוְטִהֲר֣וֹve.ti.ha.RoH2891it, and hallow it from the uncleannesses of thechildrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

20And when he hathmadeH7126anendוְכִלָּה֙ve.khi.LahH3615of atoning for theholyהַקֹּ֔דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944placeH6944, and thetentאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168ofmeetingמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150, and thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַha.miz.Be.achH4196, he shallpresentוְהִקְרִ֖יבve.hik.RivH7126theliveהֶחָֽי׃he.ChaiH2416goatהַשָּׂעִ֥ירha.sa.'IrH8163:

25And thefatחֵ֥לֶבChe.levH2459of thesinהַֽחַטָּ֖אתha.cha.TatH2403offering shall heburnיַקְטִ֥ירyak.TirH6999upon thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃ha.miz.Be.chahH4196.

26And he that lettethgoH935thegoatהַשָּׂעִיר֙ha.sa.'IrH8163for Azazel shallwashיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526hisclothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899, andbatheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364hisfleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320inwaterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325, andafterwardוְאַחֲרֵי־ve.'a.cha.rei-H310he shallcomeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935intoאֶל־'el-H413thecampהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃Ha.ma.cha.NehH4264.

27And the bullock of thesinהַֽחַטָּ֜אתha.cha.TatH2403offering, and thegoatשְׂעִ֣ירse.'IrH8163of thesinהַֽחַטָּ֗אתha.cha.TatH2403offering,whoseאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834bloodדָּמָם֙da.MamH1818wasbroughtH935in to makeatonementלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722in theholyבַּקֹּ֔דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944placeH6944, shall becarriedH935forthיוֹצִ֖יאyo.Tzi'H3318without thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑הla.ma.cha.NehH4264; and they shallburnוְשָׂרְפ֣וּve.sa.re.FuH8313in thefireבָאֵ֔שׁva.'EshH784theirskinsעֹרֹתָ֥ם'o.ro.TamH5785, and theirfleshבְּשָׂרָ֖םbe.sa.RamH1320, and theirdungפִּרְשָֽׁם׃pir.ShamH6569.

29And it shall be astatuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708foreverעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769untoyouH3605: in theseventhהַ֠שְּׁבִיעִיHa.she.vi.'iH7637monthבַּחֹ֣דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320, on thetenthבֶּֽעָשׂ֨וֹרbe.'a.SorH6218dayH2320of themonthלַחֹ֜דֶשׁla.Cho.deshH2320, ye shallafflictתְּעַנּ֣וּte.'a.NuH6031yoursoulsנַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶ֗םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315, and shalldoתַעֲשׂ֔וּta.'a.SuH6213noלֹ֣אlo'H3808manner ofworkמְלָאכָה֙me.la.KhahH4399, the homeborn, or thestrangerוְהַגֵּ֖רve.ha.GerH1616that sojourneth amongyouH3605:
