8Everyבְּי֨וֹםbe.YomH3117sabbathH7676dayבְּי֣וֹםbe.YomH3117he shall set it in orderbeforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068continuallyתָּמִ֑ידta.MidH8548; it is on the behalf of thechildrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478, aneverlastingעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769covenantבְּרִ֥יתbe.RitH1285.

10And thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121of an Israelitishwomanאִשָּׁ֣ה'i.ShahH802,whoseבֶּן־ben-H1121father was anEgyptianמִצְרִ֔יmitz.RiH4713,wentH3318outH3318among thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478: and thesonבֶּ֚ןbenH1121of the IsraelitishwomanH802and amanH376ofIsraelH3478strove together in thecampבַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הba.ma.cha.NehH4264;

11and thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121of the Israelitishwomanהָֽאִשָּׁ֨הha.'i.ShahH802blasphemed theNameהַשֵּׁם֙ha.ShemH8034, andcursedוַיְקַלֵּ֔לvay.ka.LelH7043: and theybroughtוַיָּבִ֥יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935him untoMosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872. And hismother’sאִמּ֛וֹ'i.MoH517nameוְשֵׁ֥םve.ShemH8034wasShelomithשְׁלֹמִ֥יתshe.lo.MitH8019, thedaughterבַּת־bat-H1323ofDibriדִּבְרִ֖יdiv.RiH1704, of thetribeלְמַטֵּה־le.ma.teh-H4294ofDanדָֽן׃DanH1835.

12And theyputH3240him in ward, that it might be declared unto them at themouthפִּ֥יpiH6310of theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

13And theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spake untoMosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

14Bringהוֹצֵ֣אho.Tze'H3318forthH3318him that hathcursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043without thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264; and letallכָֽל־khol-H3605thatheardהַשֹּׁמְעִ֛יםha.sho.me.'ImH8085himlayוְסָמְכ֧וּve.sa.me.KhuH5564theirhandsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027uponעַל־'al-H5921hisheadרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218, and letallכָּל־kol-H3605thecongregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712stoneוְרָגְמ֥וּve.rag.MuH7275him.

15And thou shaltspeakתְּדַבֵּ֣רte.da.BerH1696unto thechildrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, Whosoever curseth hisGodאֱלֹהָ֖יו'e.lo.HavH430shallbearוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375hissinחֶטְאֽוֹ׃chet.'OH2399.

16And he that blasphemeth thenameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of theLORDH3068, he shallsurelyH4191beputH4191todeathH4191;allכָּל־kol-H3605thecongregationהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712shallcertainlyמ֣וֹתMotH4191stoneH7275him: as well thestrangerכַּגֵּר֙ka.GerH1616, as the homeborn, when he blasphemeth thenameשֵׁ֖םshemH8034of theLORDH3068, shall beputיוּמָ֔תyu.MatH4191todeathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

17And he that smitethanyכָּל־kol-H3605manוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376mortallyH4191shallsurelyכִּ֥יkiH3588beputH4191todeathH4191;

18and he that smiteth abeastבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929mortally shall make it good:lifeH5315forlifeH5315.

19Andifכִּֽי־ki-H3588amanוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376causeיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414ablemishמ֖וּםmumH3971in his neighbour; as he hathdoneעָשָׂ֔ה'a.SahH6213,soכֵּ֖ןkenH3651shall it bedoneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213to him;

20breach for breach,eyeעַ֚יִן'A.yinH5869foreyeעַ֔יִן'A.yinH5869,toothשֵׁ֖ןshenH8127fortoothשֵׁ֑ןShenH8127: as he hathcausedH5414ablemishמוּם֙mumH3971in amanבָּֽאָדָ֔םba.'a.DamH120,soכֵּ֖ןkenH3651shall it be rendered unto him.

21And he that killeth abeastבְהֵמָ֖הve.he.MahH929shall make it good: and he that killeth amanאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120shall beputיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191todeathH4191.

22Ye shall have onemannerמִשְׁפַּ֤טmish.PatH4941of law, as well for thestrangerכַּגֵּ֥רka.GerH1616, as for the homeborn: for I am theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068yourGodאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.

23AndMosesמֹשֶׁה֮mo.ShehH4872spake to thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478, and theybroughtH3318forthH3318him that hadcursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043outH3318of thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264, andstonedוַיִּרְגְּמ֥וּvai.yir.ge.MuH7275him withstonesאָ֑בֶן'A.venH68.
