2 Corinthians 5:1-9

1For we knowG3609 that ifG1437 our 12earthlyG1919 3tentG4636 which is our houseG3624 is tornG2647 downG2647, we haveG2192 a buildingG3619 from GodG2316, a houseG3624 4notG886 madeG886 byG886 handsG886, eternalG166 in the heavensG3772. 2For indeedG2532, in thisG3778 tent we 5groanG4727, longingG1971 to be 6clothedG1902 with our 7dwellingG3613 from heavenG3772, 3sinceG1512 inG2532 factG2532 after puttingG1746 it on, we will not be foundG2147 nakedG1131. 4For indeedG2532, we who are in thisG3588 tentG4636 8groanG4727, being burdenedG916, becauseG1909G3739 we do not wantG2309 to be unclothedG1562 but to be 9clothedG1902, soG2443 thatG2443 whatG3588 is 10mortalG2349 will be swallowedG2666 upG2666 by lifeG2222. 5NowG1161 He who preparedG2716 us for thisG3778 veryG846 purpose is GodG2316, who 11gaveG1325 us the SpiritG4151 as a 12pledgeG728.

6ThereforeG3767, beingG2292 alwaysG3842 ofG2292 goodG2292 courageG2292, and knowingG3609 that 13while we areG1736 atG1736 homeG1736 in the bodyG4983 we are absentG1553 from the LordG2962-- 7for 14we walkG4043 by faithG4102, not by 15sightG1491-- 8but we areG2292 ofG2292 goodG2292 courageG2292 and 16preferG2106 ratherG3123 to be absentG1553 from the bodyG4983 and 17to beG1736 atG1736 homeG1736 with the LordG2962. 9ThereforeG1352 we alsoG2532 haveG5389 asG5389 our ambitionG5389, whetherG1535 atG1736 homeG1736 orG1535 absentG1553, to be 18pleasingG2101 to Him.
