6he is stayingξενίζεταιxenizetaiG3579with a tannerβυρσεῖ,burseiG1038namedSimonΣίμωνιSimōniG4613,whoseᾧhōG3739houseοἰκίαoikiaG3614is by the seaθάλασσανthalassanG2281.”

7WhenὩςHōsG5613the angelἄγγελοςangelosG32who spokeλαλῶνlalōnG2980to him leftἀπῆλθενapēlthenG565,he summonedφωνήσαςphōnēsasG5455twoδύοduoG1417of hisservantsοἰκετῶνoiketōnG3610and a devoutεὐσεβῆeusebēG2152soldierστρατιώτηνstratiōtēnG4757from his personalG4342attendantsG4342,

8and after he had explainedἐξηγησάμενοςexēgēsamenosG1834everythingἅπανταhapantaG537to them, he sentἀπέστειλενapesteilenG649them toJoppaἸόππην.¶IoppēnG2445.

11and he sawθεωρεῖtheōreiG2334the skyοὐρανὸνouranonG3772openedἀνεῳγμένονaneōgmenonG455upG455, and anobjectσκεῦόςskeuosG4632likeὡςhōsG5613a greatμεγάληνmegalēnG3173sheetὀθόνηνothonēnG3607comingG2597downG2597,loweredκαθιέμενονkathiemenonG2524by fourτέσσαρσινtessarsinG5064cornersἀρχαῖςarchaisG746to the groundγῆς·gēsG1093,

12and on it were allπάνταpantaG3956kinds offour-footedG5074animalsG5074andcrawlingG2062creaturesG2062of the earthγῆςgēsG1093and birdsπετεινὰpeteinaG4071of the skyοὐρανοῦ.ouranouG3772.

13A voiceφωνὴphōnēG5456cameἐγένετοegenetoG1096to him, “GetG450upG450,PeterΠέτρε,PetreG4074,killθῦσονthusonG2380and eatG2068!”

14But PeterΠέτροςPetrosG4074saidG3004, “By noG3365meansG3365,Lordκύριε·kurieG2962, forI have neverοὐδέποτεoudepoteG3763eatenG2068anythingπᾶνpanG3956unholyκοινὸνkoinonG2839and uncleanἀκάθαρτον.akathartonG169.”

15AgainπάλινpalinG3825a voiceφωνὴphōnēG5456cameto him a secondδευτέρουdeuterouG1208timeG1208, “WhatἃhaG3739GodθεὸςtheosG2316has cleansedἐκαθάρισεν,ekatharisenG2511,noμὴmēG3361longerconsiderκοίνου.koinouG2840unholyG2839.”
