Hebrews 12:4-8
Ye have not yetG3768 resisted unto bloodG129, wrestling against sinG266.
And ye have quite forgotten the exhortationG3874 which speaks to you as to sonsG5207: My sonG5207, despise not [the] chastening of [the] LordG2962, nor faintG1590 [whenG5613] reproved by him;
for whom [the] LordG2962 lovesG25 he chastens, and scourges every sonG5207 whom he receivesG3858.
Ye endureG5278 for chastening, 1GodG2316 conducts himself towards you as towards sonsG5207; for who is the sonG5207 that the fatherG3962 chastens not?
But if ye areG1510 without chastening, of which all have beenG1510 made partakersG3353, then areG1510 ye bastards, and not sonsG5207.
