Darby Bible
Peter 3:13-18
And who shall injure you if ye have becomeG1096 imitators of that which [is] goodG18?
But if alsoG2532 ye should sufferG3958 for righteousness' sakeG1223, blessed [are ye]; but be not afraidG5399 of their fearG5401, neither be troubledG5015;
but sanctifyG37 [the] LordG2962 the ChristG5547 in your heartsG2588, and [be] alwaysG104 prepared to [give] an answer [to] every oneG3588 that asksG154 you to give an accountG3056 of the hopeG1680 that [is] in you, but with meekness and fearG5401;
having a goodG18 conscienceG4893, that [as to that] in which they speakG2635 against you as evildoers, they may be ashamed who calumniate your goodG18 conversation in ChristG5547.
For [it is] better, if the will of 1GodG2316 should will it, to sufferG3958 [as] well-doers than [as] evildoers;
for ChristG5547 indeed has onceG530 suffered for sinsG266, [the] justG1342 for [the] unjustG94, that he might bringG4317 us to 2GodG2316; being putG2289 to deathG2289 in fleshG4561, but made aliveG2227 in [the] SpiritG4151,
