11“O afflicted cityעֲנִיָּ֥ה'a.ni.YahH6041,lashed by stormsסֹעֲרָ֖הso.'a.RahH5590,withoutלֹ֣אlo'H3808solaceנֻחָ֑מָהnu.Cha.mahH5162,surelyהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009Iאָנֹכִ֜י'a.no.KhiH595will setמַרְבִּ֤יץmar.BitzH7257your stonesאֲבָנַ֔יִךְ'a.va.Na.yikhH68in antimonyבַּפּוּךְ֙ba.puKhH6320and lay your foundationsוִיסַדְתִּ֖יךְvi.sad.TikhH3245with sapphiresבַּסַּפִּירִֽים׃ba.sa.pi.RimH5601.

12I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760your pinnaclesשִׁמְשֹׁתַ֔יִךְshim.sho.Ta.yikhH8121of rubiesכַּֽדְכֹד֙kad.KhodH3539,your gatesוּשְׁעָרַ֖יִךְu.she.'a.Ra.yikhH8179of sparklingאֶקְדָּ֑ח'ek.DachH688jewelsלְאַבְנֵ֣יle.'av.NeiH68,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605your wallsגְּבוּלֵ֖ךְge.vu.LekhH1366of preciousחֵֽפֶץ׃Che.fetzH2656stonesלְאַבְנֵי־le.'av.nei-H68.

13Then allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605your sonsבָּנַ֖יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121will be taughtלִמּוּדֵ֣יli.mu.DeiH3928by the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and greatוְרַ֖בve.RavH7227will be theirבָּנָֽיִךְ׃ba.Na.yikhH1121prosperityשְׁל֥וֹםshe.LomH7965.

14In righteousnessבִּצְדָקָ֖הbitz.da.KahH6666you will be establishedתִּכּוֹנָ֑נִיti.ko.Na.niH3559,farרַחֲקִ֤יra.cha.KiH7368from oppressionמֵעֹ֙שֶׁק֙me.'O.shekH6233,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588you will have noלֹ֣אlo'H3808fearתִירָ֔אִיti.Ra.'iH3372.Terrorוּמִ֨מְּחִתָּ֔הu.Mi.me.chi.TahH4288will be far removed,forכִּ֥יkiH3588it will notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808come nearתִקְרַ֖בtik.RavH7126youאֵלָֽיִךְ׃'e.La.yikhH413.

15Ifהֵ֣ןhenH2005anyone attacks youH1481,it is notאֶ֖פֶס'E.fesH657from Meמֵֽאוֹתִ֑יme.'o.TiH853;whoeverמִי־mi-H4310assails youאִתָּ֖ךְ'i.TakhH1481 H854will fallיִפּֽוֹל׃yi.PolH5307before youעָלַ֥יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921.

16BeholdH2005,Iאָֽנֹכִי֙'a.no.KhiH595have createdבָּרָ֣אתִיba.Ra.tiH1254the craftsmanחָרָ֔שׁcha.RashH2796who fansנֹפֵ֙חַ֙no.Fe.achH5301the coalsפֶּחָ֔םpe.ChamH6352into flameבְּאֵ֣שׁbe.'EshH784and forgesוּמוֹצִ֥יאu.mo.Tzi'H3318a weaponכְלִ֖יkhe.LiH3627fit for its taskלְמַעֲשֵׂ֑הוּle.ma.'a.Se.huH4639;and Iוְאָנֹכִ֛יve.'a.no.KhiH595have createdבָּרָ֥אתִיba.Ra.tiH1254the destroyerמַשְׁחִ֖יתmash.ChitH7843to wreak havocלְחַבֵּֽל׃le.cha.BelH2254.
