11O thou afflictedעֲנִיָּ֥ה'a.ni.YahH6041,tossed with tempestסֹעֲרָ֖הso.'a.RahH5590, andnot comfortedנֻחָ֑מָהnu.Cha.mahH5162,behold, I will layמַרְבִּ֤יץmar.BitzH7257thy stonesאֲבָנַ֔יִךְ'a.va.Na.yikhH68with fair coloursבַּפּוּךְ֙ba.puKhH6320,and lay thy foundationsוִיסַדְתִּ֖יךְvi.sad.TikhH3245with sapphiresבַּסַּפִּירִֽים׃ba.sa.pi.RimH5601.

12And I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760thy windowsשִׁמְשֹׁתַ֔יִךְshim.sho.Ta.yikhH8121of agatesכַּֽדְכֹד֙kad.KhodH3539,and thy gatesוּשְׁעָרַ֖יִךְu.she.'a.Ra.yikhH8179of carbunclesלְאַבְנֵ֣י אֶקְדָּ֑חle.'av.Nei 'ek.DachH688 H68,and all thy bordersגְּבוּלֵ֖ךְge.vu.LekhH1366of pleasantחֵֽפֶץ׃Che.fetzH2656stonesלְאַבְנֵי־le.'av.nei-H68.

13And all thy childrenבָּנַ֖יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121shall betaughtלִמּוּדֵ֣יli.mu.DeiH3928of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;and greatוְרַ֖בve.RavH7227shall bethe peaceשְׁל֥וֹםshe.LomH7965of thy childrenבָּנָֽיִךְ׃ba.Na.yikhH1121.

14In righteousnessבִּצְדָקָ֖הbitz.da.KahH6666shalt thou be establishedתִּכּוֹנָ֑נִיti.ko.Na.niH3559:thou shalt be farרַחֲקִ֤יra.cha.KiH7368from oppressionמֵעֹ֙שֶׁק֙me.'O.shekH6233;for thou shalt not fearתִירָ֔אִיti.Ra.'iH3372:and from terrorוּמִ֨מְּחִתָּ֔הu.Mi.me.chi.TahH4288;for it shall not come nearתִקְרַ֖בtik.RavH7126thee.

15Behold, they shall surelyגּ֥וֹרGorH1481gather togetherיָג֛וּרya.GurH1481, butnotאֶ֖פֶס'E.fesH657by me: whosoeverמִי־mi-H4310shall gather togetherגָ֥רgarH1481against thee shall fallיִפּֽוֹל׃yi.PolH5307for thy sake.

16Behold, I have createdבָּרָ֣אתִיba.Ra.tiH1254the smithחָרָ֔שׁcha.RashH2796that blowethנֹפֵ֙חַ֙no.Fe.achH5301the coalsפֶּחָ֔םpe.ChamH6352in the fireבְּאֵ֣שׁbe.'EshH784,and that bringeth forthוּמוֹצִ֥יאu.mo.Tzi'H3318an instrumentכְלִ֖יkhe.LiH3627for his workלְמַעֲשֵׂ֑הוּle.ma.'a.Se.huH4639;and I have createdבָּרָ֥אתִיba.Ra.tiH1254the wasterמַשְׁחִ֖יתmash.ChitH7843to destroyלְחַבֵּֽל׃le.cha.BelH2254.

17No weaponכְּלִ֞יke.LiH3627that is formedיוּצַ֤רyu.TzarH3335against thee shall prosperיִצְלָ֔חyitz.LachH6743;and every tongueלָשׁ֛וֹןla.ShonH3956thatshall riseתָּֽקוּם־ta.kum-H6965against thee in judgmentלַמִּשְׁפָּ֖טla.mish.PatH4941thou shalt condemnתַּרְשִׁ֑יעִיtar.Shi.'iH7561.
