26Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310has declaredהִגִּ֤ידhi.GidH5046thisfrom the beginningמֵרֹאשׁ֙me.roShH7218,so that we may knowוְנֵדָ֔עָהve.ne.Da.'ahH3045,and from times pastוּמִלְּפָנִ֖יםu.mi.le.fa.NimH6440,so that we may sayוְנֹאמַ֣רve.no.MarH559: ‘He was rightצַדִּ֑יק אַ֣ףtza.Dik 'afH6662 H637’?Noאֵין־'ein-H369one announced itמַגִּ֗יד אַ֚ףma.Gid 'afH5046 H637,no oneאֵ֣ין'einH369foretold itמַשְׁמִ֔יעַ אַ֥ףmash.Mi.a' 'afH8085 H637,noאֵין־'ein-H369one heardשֹׁמֵ֖עַsho.Me.a'H8085your wordsאִמְרֵיכֶֽם׃'im.rei.KhemH561.

27I was the first to tellרִאשׁ֥וֹןri.ShonH7223Zionלְצִיּ֖וֹןle.tzi.YonH6726: ‘Lookהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009,here they areהִנָּ֑םhi.NamH2005!’And I gaveאֶתֵּֽן׃'e.TenH5414to Jerusalemוְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םve.li.ru.sha.LimH3389a herald of good newsמְבַשֵּׂ֥רme.va.SerH1319.

28When I lookוְאֵ֙רֶא֙ve.'E.re'H7200,there is noוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369oneאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376;there is noוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369counselorיוֹעֵ֑ץyo.'EtzH3289among themוּמֵאֵ֖לֶּהu.me.'E.lehH428;when I ask themוְאֶשְׁאָלֵ֖םve.'esh.'a.LemH7592,they have nothing to sayוְיָשִׁ֥יבוּ דָבָֽר׃ve.ya.Shi.vu da.VarH7725 H1697.
