26Who hath declaredהִגִּ֤ידhi.GidH5046from the beginningמֵרֹאשׁ֙me.roShH7218,that we may knowוְנֵדָ֔עָהve.ne.Da.'ahH3045?and beforetimeוּמִלְּפָנִ֖יםu.mi.le.fa.NimH6440,that we may sayוְנֹאמַ֣רve.no.MarH559, He isrighteousצַדִּ֑יקtza.DikH6662? yea, there isnone that shewethמַגִּ֗ידma.GidH5046, yea, there isnone that declarethמַשְׁמִ֔יעַmash.Mi.a'H8085, yea, there isnone that hearethשֹׁמֵ֖עַsho.Me.a'H8085your wordsאִמְרֵיכֶֽם׃'im.rei.KhemH561.

27The firstרִאשׁ֥וֹןri.ShonH7223shall sayto Zionלְצִיּ֖וֹןle.tzi.YonH6726,BeholdH2009,beholdH2009them: and I will giveאֶתֵּֽן׃'e.TenH5414to Jerusalemוְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םve.li.ru.sha.LimH3389one that bringeth good tidingsמְבַשֵּׂ֥רme.va.SerH1319.
