5They were scatteredוַתְּפוּצֶ֖ינָהva.te.fu.Tzei.nahH6327for lack ofמִבְּלִ֣יmi.be.LiH1097a shepherdרֹעֶ֑הro.'EhH7462,and when they were scatteredוַתְּפוּצֶֽינָה׃va.te.fu.Tzei.nahH6327they becameוַתִּהְיֶ֧ינָהva.tih.Yei.nahH1961foodלְאָכְלָ֛הle.'okh.LahH402for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the wildהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704beastsחַיַּ֥תchai.YatH2416.

6My flockצֹאנִי֙tzo.NiH6629went astrayיִשְׁגּ֤וּyish.GuH7686on allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the mountainsהֶ֣הָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022andוְעַ֖לve.'AlH5921everyכָּל־kol-H3605highרָמָ֑ה וְעַ֨לra.Mah ve.'AlH7311 H5921hillגִּבְעָ֣הgiv.'AhH1389.They were scatteredנָפֹ֣צוּ צֹאנִ֔יna.Fo.tzu tzo.NiH6327 H6629over the faceפְּנֵ֤יpe.NeiH6440of allכָּל־kol-H3605the earthהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776,with no oneוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369to searchדּוֹרֵ֖שׁdo.ReshH1875for themorוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369seek them outמְבַקֵּֽשׁ׃me.va.KeshH1245.’

7Thereforeלָכֵ֣ןla.KhenH3651,you shepherdsרֹעִ֔יםro.'ImH7462,hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085אֶת־'et-H853the wordדְּבַ֥רde.VarH1697of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068:

9thereforeלָכֵן֙la.KhenH3651,you shepherdsהָֽרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462,hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068!’

10This is whatכֹּה־koh-H3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֗הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַ֞ר'a.MarH559: ‘Beholdהִנְנִ֨יhi.NiH2005,I am againstאֶֽל־'el-H413the shepherdsהָרֹעִ֜יםha.ro.'ImH7462,and I will demandוְֽדָרַשְׁתִּ֧יve.da.rash.TiH1875from themמִיָּדָ֗םmi.ya.DamH3027אֶת־'et-H853My flockצֹאנִ֣יtzo.NiH6629and remove themוְהִשְׁבַּתִּים֙ve.hish.ba.TimH7673from tendingמֵרְע֣וֹתme.re.'otH7462the flockצֹ֔אןTzonH6629,so that they can noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808longerע֛וֹדodH5750feedיִרְע֥וּyir.'UH7462הָרֹעִ֖יםha.ro.'ImH7462themselvesאוֹתָ֑ם'o.TamH853.For I will deliverוְהִצַּלְתִּ֤יve.hi.tzal.TiH5337My flockצֹאנִי֙tzo.NiH6629from their mouthsמִפִּיהֶ֔םmi.pi.HemH6310,and it will no longerוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808beתִהְיֶ֥יןָtih.Yei.naH1961foodלְאָכְלָֽה׃ סle.'okh.LahH402for them.’

11Forכִּ֛יkiH3588this is whatכֹּ֥הkohH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֑הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559: ‘Beholdהִנְנִי־hi.ni-H2005,I Myselfאָ֕נִי'A.niH589will search forוְדָרַשְׁתִּ֥יve.da.rash.TiH1875אֶת־'et-H853My flockצֹאנִ֖יtzo.NiH6629and seek them outוּבִקַּרְתִּֽים׃u.vi.kar.TimH1239.

12As a shepherdרֹעֶ֨הro.'EhH7462looks forכְּבַקָּרַת֩ke.va.ka.RatH1243his scatteredנִפְרָשׁ֔וֹתnif.ra.ShotH6567sheepעֶדְר֜וֹed.RoH5739whenבְּיוֹם־be.yom-H3117he isהֱיוֹת֤וֹhe.yo.ToH1961amongבְתוֹךְ־ve.tokh-H8432the flockצֹאנוֹ֙tzo.NoH6629,soכֵּ֖ןkenH3651I will look forאֲבַקֵּ֣ר'a.va.KerH1239אֶת־'et-H853My flockצֹאנִ֑יtzo.NiH6629.I will rescue themוְהִצַּלְתִּ֣יve.hi.tzal.TiH5337fromאֶתְהֶ֗ם'et.HemH853allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the placesהַמְּקוֹמֹת֙ha.me.ko.MotH4725to whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834they were scatteredנָפֹ֣צוּ שָׁ֔םna.Fo.tzu ShamH6327 H8033on a dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117of cloudsעָנָ֖ן'a.NanH6051and darknessוַעֲרָפֶֽל׃va.'a.ra.FelH6205.

13I will bring them outוְהוֹצֵאתִ֣יםve.ho.tze.TimH3318fromמִן־min-H4480the peoplesהָעַמִּ֗יםha.'a.MimH5971,gather themוְקִבַּצְתִּים֙ve.ki.batz.TimH6908fromמִן־min-H4480the countriesהָ֣אֲרָצ֔וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776,and bring themוַהֲבִיאֹתִ֖יםva.ha.vi.'o.TimH935intoאֶל־'el-H413their own landאַדְמָתָ֑ם'ad.ma.TamH127.I will feed themוּרְעִיתִים֙u.re.'i.TimH7462onאֶל־'el-H413the mountainsהָרֵ֣יha.ReiH2022of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,in the ravinesבָּאֲפִיקִ֕יםba.'a.fi.KimH650,and in allוּבְכֹ֖לu.ve.KholH3605the settlementsמוֹשְׁבֵ֥יmo.she.VeiH4186of the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

14I will feedאֶרְעֶ֣ה'er.'EhH7462themאֹתָ֔ם'o.TamH853in goodטּוֹב֙tOvH2896pastureבְּמִרְעֶה־be.mir.'eh-H4829,and the loftyמְרֽוֹם־me.rom-H4791mountainsוּבְהָרֵ֥יu.ve.ha.ReiH2022of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478will beיִהְיֶ֣הyih.YehH1961their grazing landנְוֵהֶ֑םne.ve.HemH5116.Thereשָׁ֤םshamH8033they will lie downתִּרְבַּ֙צְנָה֙tir.Batz.nahH7257in a goodטּ֔וֹבTovH2896grazing landבְּנָ֣וֶהbe.Na.vehH5116;they will feedתִּרְעֶ֖ינָהtir.'Ei.nahH7462in richשָׁמֵ֛ןsha.MenH8082pastureוּמִרְעֶ֥הu.mir.'EhH4829onאֶל־'el-H413the mountainsהָרֵ֥יha.ReiH2022of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

16אֶת־'et-H853I will seekאֲבַקֵּשׁ֙'a.va.KeshH1245וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853the lostהָאֹבֶ֤דֶתha.'o.Ve.detH6,bring backאָשִׁ֔יב'a.ShivH7725the straysהַנִּדַּ֣חַתha.ni.Da.chatH5080,bind upאֶחֱבֹ֔שׁ'e.che.VoshH2280וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853the brokenוְלַנִּשְׁבֶּ֣רֶתve.la.nish.Be.retH7665,and strengthenאֲחַזֵּ֑ק'a.cha.ZekH2388וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853the weakהַחוֹלָ֖הha.cho.LahH2470;but the sleekהַשְּׁמֵנָ֧הha.she.me.NahH8082וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and strongהַחֲזָקָ֛הha.cha.za.KahH2389I will destroyאַשְׁמִ֖יד'ash.MidH8045.I will shepherd themאֶרְעֶ֥נָּה'er.'E.nahH7462with justiceבְמִשְׁפָּֽט׃ve.mish.PatH4941.’
