6But ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588the watchmanוְ֠הַצֹּפֶהVe.ha.tzo.fehH6822seesיִרְאֶ֨הyir.'EhH7200אֶת־'et-H853the swordהַחֶ֜רֶבha.Che.revH2719comingבָּאָ֗הba.'AhH935and failsוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808to blowתָקַ֤עta.Ka'H8628the hornבַּשּׁוֹפָר֙ba.sho.FarH7782לֹֽא־lo'-H3808to warnנִזְהָ֔רniz.HarH2094the peopleוְהָעָ֣םve.ha.'AmH5971,and the swordחֶ֔רֶבChe.revH2719comesוַתָּב֣וֹאva.ta.Vo'H935and takes awayוַתִּקַּ֥חva.ti.KachH3947a lifeנָ֑פֶשׁNa.feshH5315,then that oneה֚וּאhu'H1931will be taken awayנִלְקָ֔חnil.KachH3947in his iniquityבַּעֲוֹנ֣וֹba.'a.vo.NoH5771,but I will hold the watchmanהַצֹּפֶ֥הha.tzo.PehH6822accountableאֶדְרֹֽשׁ׃ ס'ed.RoshH1875for his bloodוְדָמ֖וֹ מִיַּֽד־ve.da.Mo mi.yad-H1818H3027.’
7As for youוְאַתָּ֣הve.'a.TahH859,O sonבֶן־ven-H1121of manאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120,I have madeנְתַתִּ֖יךָne.ta.Ti.khaH5414you a watchmanצֹפֶ֥הtzo.PehH6822for the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478;so hearוְשָׁמַעְתָּ֤ve.sha.ma'.TaH8085the wordדָּבָ֔רda.VarH1697fromמִמֶּֽנִּי׃mi.Me.niH4480My mouthמִפִּי֙mi.PiH6310and give them the warning from Meוְהִזְהַרְתָּ֥ve.hiz.har.TaH2094אֹתָ֖ם'o.TamH853.
8If I sayבְּאָמְרִ֣יbe.'a.me.RiH559to the wickedלָרָשָׁ֗עla.ra.Sha'H7563, ‘O wickedרָשָׁע֙ra.Sha'H7563man,you will surely dieH4191,’but you do notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808speak outדִבַּ֔רְתָּdi.Bar.taH1696to dissuadeלְהַזְהִ֥ירle.haz.HirH2094himרָשָׁ֖עra.Sha'H7563from his wayמִדַּרְכּ֑וֹmi.dar.KoH1870,then thatה֤וּאhu'H1931wickedרָשָׁע֙ra.Sha'H7563manwill dieH4191in his iniquityבַּעֲוֹנ֣וֹba.'a.vo.NoH5771,yet I will hold you accountable forמִיָּדְךָ֥ אֲבַקֵּֽשׁ׃mi.ya.de.Kha 'a.va.KeshH3027H1245his bloodוְדָמ֖וֹve.da.MoH1818.
9But ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588youוְ֠אַתָּהVe.'a.tahH859warnהִזְהַ֨רְתָּhiz.Har.taH2094the wickedרָשָׁ֤עra.Sha'H7563manto turnלָשׁ֣וּבla.ShuvH7725מִמֶּ֔נָּהmi.Me.nahH4480from his wayמִדַּרְכּוֹ֙mi.dar.KoH1870,and he does notוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808turnשָׁ֖בshavH7725from itמִדַּרְכּ֑וֹmi.dar.KoH1870,heה֚וּאhu'H1931will dieיָמ֔וּתya.MutH4191in his iniquityבַּעֲוֹנ֣וֹba.'a.vo.NoH5771,but youוְאַתָּ֖הve.'a.TahH859will have savedהִצַּֽלְתָּ׃ סhi.Tzal.taH5337your lifeנַפְשְׁךָ֥naf.she.KhaH5315.
