2For the kingהַמֶּ֧לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428and his officialsוְשָׂרָ֛יוve.sa.RavH8269and the wholeוְכָל־ve.kholH3605assemblyהַקָּהָ֖לha.ka.HalH6951in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑םbi.ru.sha.LimH3389had decidedוַיִּוָּעַ֨ץvai.yi.va.'AtzH3289to keepלַעֲשׂ֥וֹתla.'a.SotH6213the Passoverהַפֶּ֖סַחha.Pe.sachH6453in the secondהַשֵּׁנִֽי׃ha.she.NiH8145monthבַּחֹ֥דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320,
3sinceכִּ֣יkiH3588they had been unableלֹ֧א יָכְל֛וּlo' ya.khe.LuH3808H3201to keep itלַעֲשֹׂת֖וֹla.'a.so.ToH6213at the regularהַהִ֑יא כִּ֤יha.Hi' kiH1931H3588timeבָּעֵ֣תba.'EtH6256,because notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808enoughלְמַדַּ֔יle.ma.DaiH4100priestsהַכֹּהֲנִים֙ha.ko.ha.NimH3548had consecrated themselvesהִתְקַדְּשׁ֣וּhit.ka.de.ShuH6942and the peopleוְהָעָ֖םve.ha.'AmH5971had notלֹא־lo'-H3808been gatheredנֶאֶסְפ֥וּne.'es.FuH622in Jerusalemלִֽירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃Li.ru.sha.LimH3389.
