12Now beholdוְהִנֵּה֩ve.hi.NehH2009,God Himself isהָאֱלֹהִ֧ים׀ha.'E.lo.HimH430with usעִמָּ֨נוּ'i.Ma.nuH5973as our headבָרֹ֜אשׁva.RoshH7218,and His priestsוְכֹהֲנָ֛יוve.kho.ha.NavH3548with their trumpetsוַחֲצֹצְר֥וֹתva.cha.tzo.tze.RotH2689soundלְהָרִ֣יעַle.ha.Ri.a'H7321the battle callהַתְּרוּעָ֖הha.te.ru.'AhH8643against youעֲלֵיכֶ֑ם'a.lei.KhemH5921.O childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478,do notאַל־'al-H408fightתִּלָּֽחֲמ֛וּti.la.cha.MuH3898againstעִם־'im-H5973the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵֽי־'e.lo.hei-H430of your fathersאֲבֹתֵיכֶ֖ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1,forכִּי־ki-H3588you will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808succeedתַצְלִֽיחוּ׃tatz.Li.chuH6743.”

13Now Jeroboamוְיָֽרָבְעָ֗םve.ya.ra.ve.'AmH3379had sentלָב֖וֹאla.Vo'H935troopsaroundהֵסֵב֙he.SevH5437אֶת־'et-H853to ambushהַמַּאְרָ֔בha.ma'.RavH3993from the rearמֵֽאַחֲרֵיהֶ֑םme.'a.cha.rei.HemH310,so that while he wasוַיִּֽהְיוּ֙vai.yih.YuH1961in frontלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063,the ambushוְהַמַּאְרָ֖בve.ha.ma'.RavH3993was behind themמֵאַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃me.'a.cha.rei.HemH310.

14When Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063turnedוַיִּפְנ֣וּvai.yif.NuH6437and discoveredוְהִנֵּ֨הve.hi.NehH2009that the battleהַמִּלְחָמָה֙ha.mil.cha.MahH4421was bothbeforeפָּנִ֣יםpa.NimH6440and behind themוְאָח֔וֹרve.'a.ChorH268,they cried outוַֽיִּצְעֲק֖וּvai.yitz.'a.KuH6817to the LORDלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068.Then the priestsוְהַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔יםve.ha.Ko.ha.NimH3548blewמַחְצְרִ֖יםma.cha.tzo.tze.rimH2690the trumpetsבַּחֲצֹצְרֽוֹת׃ba.cha.tzo.tze.RotH2689,
