Romans 9:25-33

25As he saith alsoG2532 in Hosea,

I will callG2564 that my peopleG2992, which was not my peopleG2992;And her belovedG25, that was not belovedG25.26And it shall beG1510, thatin the placeG5117 whereG3757 it wasG1510 said unto them, Ye areG1510 not my peopleG2992,There shall they beG1510 calledG2564 sonsG5207 of the livingG2198 GodG2316.

27And IsaiahG2268 crieth concerningG5228 IsraelG2474, If the numberG706 of the children of IsraelG2474 beG1510 as the sandG285 of the seaG2281, it isG1510 the remnant that shall beG1510 savedG4982: 28for the LordG2962 will execute his wordG3056 upon the earthG1093, finishing it and cutting it short. 29And, as IsaiahG2268 hath said before,

Except the LordG2962 of Sabaoth had left us a seedG4690,We had becomeG1096 as SodomG4670, and had been made like unto GomorrahG1116.

30What shall we sayG3004 thenG3767? That the GentilesG1484, who followed not after righteousnessG1343, attained to righteousnessG1343, even the righteousnessG1343 which is of faithG4102: 31but IsraelG2474, following after a lawG3551 of righteousnessG1343, did not arrive at that lawG3551. 32Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faithG4102, but as it were by worksG2041. They stumbled at the stoneG3037 of stumbling; 33evenG2532 as it is writtenG1125,

BeholdG2400, I lay in ZionG4622 a stoneG3037 of stumbling and a rockG4073 of offence:And he that believeth on him shall not be putG5087 to shameG2617.
