Numbers 33:50-56
50And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872 in the plainsH6160 of MoabH4124 by the JordanH3383 at JerichoH3405, sayingH559, 51SpeakH1696 unto the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, When ye passH5674 over the JordanH3383 into the landH776 of CanaanH3667, 52then ye shall drive out all the inhabitantsH3427 of the landH776 from before you, and destroyH8045 all their figured stones, and destroyH8045 all their molten imagesH6754, and demolish all their highH1116 placesH1116: 53and ye shall takeH3423 possessionH3423 of the landH776, and dwellH3427 therein; for unto you have I givenH5414 the landH776 to possessH3423 it. 54And ye shall inheritH5157 the landH776 by lotH1486 according to your familiesH4940; to the more ye shall giveH5157 the more inheritanceH5159, and to the fewer thou shalt giveH5157 the less inheritanceH5159: wheresoever the lotH1486 falleth to any man, that shall beH1961 his; according to the tribesH4294 of your fathersH1 shall ye inheritH5157. 55But if ye will not drive out the inhabitantsH3427 of the landH776 from before you, then shall those that ye let remainH3427 of them beH1961 as pricks in your eyesH5869, and as thorns in your sidesH6654, and they shall vex you in the landH776 wherein ye dwellH3427. 56And it shall come to pass, that, as I thought to do unto them, so will I do unto you.
