47But the LevitesH3881 after the tribeH4294 of their fathersH1 were not numbered among them. 48For Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 49OnlyH389 the tribeH4294 of LeviH3881 thou shalt not number, neither shalt thou takeH5375 the sum of them among the children of IsraelH3478; 50but appointH6485 thou the LevitesH3881 over the tabernacleH4908 of the testimonyH5715, and over all the furniture thereof, and over all that belongeth to it: they shall bearH5375 the tabernacleH4908, and all the furniture thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encampH2583 roundH5439 about the tabernacleH4908. 51And when the tabernacleH4908 setteth forward, the LevitesH3881 shall takeH3381 it downH3381; and when the tabernacleH4908 is to be pitched, the LevitesH3881 shall setH5265 it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be putH4191 to deathH4191. 52And the children of IsraelH3478 shall pitch their tents, every manH376 by his own campH4264, and every manH376 by his own standardH1714, according to their hostsH6635. 53But the LevitesH3881 shall encampH2583 roundH5439 about the tabernacleH4908 of the testimonyH5715, that there beH1961 no wrathH7110 upon the congregationH5712 of the children of IsraelH3478: and the LevitesH3881 shall keepH8104 the chargeH4931 of the tabernacleH4908 of the testimonyH5715.
