Leviticus 4

1And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto the children of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, If any oneH259 shall sinH2398 unwittingly, in any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and shall do any oneH259 of them: 3if the anointedH4899 priestH3548 shall sinH2398 so as to bringH7126 guiltH819 on the peopleH5971, then let him offer for his sinH2398, which he hath sinnedH2398, a youngH1121 bullock without blemish unto Jehovah for a sin-offering. 4And he shall bringH935 the bullock unto the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150 before Jehovah; and he shall lay his handH3027 upon the headH7218 of the bullock, and kill the bullock before Jehovah. 5And the anointedH4899 priestH3548 shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 of the bullock, and bringH935 it to the tentH168 of meetingH4150: 6and the priestH3548 shall dipH2881 his fingerH676 in the bloodH1818, and sprinkle of the bloodH1818 sevenH7651 timesH6471 before Jehovah, before the veil of the sanctuaryH6944. 7And the priestH3548 shall putH5414 of the bloodH1818 upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 of sweet incenseH7004 before Jehovah, which is in the tentH168 of meetingH4150; and all the bloodH1818 of the bullock shall he pourH8210 out at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering, which is at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150. 8And all the fatH2459 of the bullock of the sin-offering he shall takeH7311 off from it; the fatH2459 that covereth the inwards, and all the fatH2459 that is upon the inwards, 9and the twoH8147 kidneysH3629, and the fatH2459 that is upon them, which is by the loinsH3689, and the caul upon the liverH3516, with the kidneysH3629, shall he take awayH5493, 10as it is taken off from the oxH7794 of the sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings: and the priestH3548 shall burn them upon the altarH4196 of burnt-offering. 11And the skinH5785 of the bullock, and all its fleshH1320, with its headH7218, and with its legsH3767, and its inwards, and its dungH6569, 12even the whole bullock shall he carry forthH3318 without the campH4264 unto a cleanH2889 placeH4725, where the ashesH1880 are pouredH8211 out, and burnH8313 it on woodH6086 with fireH784: where the ashesH1880 are pouredH8211 out shall it be burnt.

13And if the whole congregationH5712 of IsraelH3478 err, and the thingH1697 be hid from the eyesH5869 of the assemblyH6951, and they have done any of the thingsH1697 which Jehovah hath commandedH4687 not to be done, and are guiltyH816; 14whenH834 the sinH2398 wherein they have sinnedH2398 is knownH3045, then the assemblyH6951 shall offer a youngH1121 bullock for a sin-offering, and bringH935 it before the tentH168 of meetingH4150. 15And the eldersH2205 of the congregationH5712 shall lay their handsH3027 upon the headH7218 of the bullock before Jehovah; and the bullock shall be killed before Jehovah. 16And the anointedH4899 priestH3548 shall bringH935 of the bloodH1818 of the bullock to the tentH168 of meetingH4150: 17and the priestH3548 shall dipH2881 his fingerH676 in the bloodH1818, and sprinkle it sevenH7651 timesH6471 before Jehovah, before the veil. 18And he shall putH5414 of the bloodH1818 upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 which is before Jehovah, that is in the tentH168 of meetingH4150; and all the bloodH1818 shall he pourH8210 out at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering, which is at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150. 19And all the fatH2459 thereof shall he takeH7311 off from it, and burn it upon the altarH4196. 20ThusH3651 shall he do with the bullock; as he did with the bullock of the sin-offering, soH3651 shall he do with this; and the priestH3548 shall makeH6213 atonementH3722 for them, and they shall be forgivenH5545. 21And he shall carry forthH3318 the bullock without the campH4264, and burnH8313 it as he burnedH8313 the firstH7223 bullock: it is the sin-offering for the assemblyH6951.

22WhenH834 a ruler sinneth, and doeth unwittingly any oneH259 of all the things which Jehovah his GodH430 hath commandedH4687 not to be done, and is guiltyH816; 23if his sinH2398, wherein he hath sinnedH2398, be madeH3045 knownH3045 to him, he shall bringH935 for his oblation a goatH5795, a maleH2145 without blemish. 24And he shall lay his handH3027 upon the headH7218 of the goatH8163, and kill it in the placeH4725 whereH834 they kill the burnt-offering before Jehovah: it is a sin-offering. 25And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 of the sin-offering with his fingerH676, and putH5414 it upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering; and the bloodH1818 thereof shall he pourH8210 out at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering. 26And all the fatH2459 thereof shall he burn upon the altarH4196, as the fatH2459 of the sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings; and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him as concerning his sinH2403, and he shall be forgivenH5545.

27And if any oneH259 of the common peopleH5971 sinH2398 unwittingly, in doing any of the things which Jehovah hath commandedH4687 not to be done, and be guiltyH816; 28if his sinH2398, which he hath sinnedH2398, be madeH3045 knownH3045 to him, then he shall bringH935 for his oblation a goatH5795, a femaleH5347 without blemish, for his sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398. 29And he shall lay his handH3027 upon the headH7218 of the sin-offering, and kill the sin-offering in the placeH4725 of burnt-offering. 30And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 thereof with his fingerH676, and putH5414 it upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering; and all the bloodH1818 thereof shall he pourH8210 out at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196. 31And all the fatH2459 thereof shall he take awayH5493, as the fatH2459 is taken awayH5493 from off the sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings; and the priestH3548 shall burn it upon the altarH4196 for a sweet savor unto Jehovah; and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him, and he shall be forgivenH5545.

32And if he bringH935 a lambH3532 as his oblation for a sin-offering, he shall bringH935 it a femaleH5347 without blemish. 33And he shall lay his handH3027 upon the headH7218 of the sin-offering, and kill it for a sin-offering in the placeH4725 whereH834 they kill the burnt-offering. 34And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 of the sin-offering with his fingerH676, and putH5414 it upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 of burnt-offering; and all the bloodH1818 thereof shall he pourH8210 out at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196. 35And all the fatH2459 thereof shall he take awayH5493, as the fatH2459 of the lambH3775 is taken awayH5493 from the sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings; and the priestH3548 shall burn them on the altarH4196, upon the offerings of Jehovah made by fireH801; and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him as touching his sinH2398 that he hath sinnedH2398, and he shall be forgivenH5545.
