Leviticus 8

1And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2TakeH3947 AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 with him, and the garmentsH899, and the anointingH4888 oilH8081, and the bullock of the sin-offering, and the twoH8147 ramsH352, and the basketH5536 of unleavenedH4682 breadH4682; 3and assembleH6950 thou all the congregationH5712 at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150. 4And MosesH4872 did as Jehovah commandedH6680 him; and the congregationH5712 was assembledH6950 at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150. 5And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto the congregationH5712, This is the thingH1697 which Jehovah hath commandedH6680 to be done.

6And MosesH4872 broughtH7126 AaronH175 and his sonsH1121, and washedH7364 them with waterH4325. 7And he putH5414 upon him the coat, and girdedH2296 him with the girdle, and clothedH3847 him with the robeH4598, and putH5414 the ephodH646 upon him, and he girdedH2296 him with the skilfully woven band of the ephodH646, and bound it unto him therewith. 8And he placed the breastplate upon him: and in the breastplate he putH5414 the UrimH224 and the ThummimH8550. 9And he setH7760 the mitre upon his headH7218; and upon the mitre, in front, did he setH7760 the golden plateH6731, the holyH6944 crownH5145; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872.

10And MosesH4872 tookH3947 the anointingH4888 oilH8081, and anointedH4886 the tabernacleH4908 and all that was therein, and sanctifiedH6942 them. 11And he sprinkled thereof upon the altarH4196 sevenH7651 timesH6471, and anointedH4886 the altarH4196 and all its vesselsH3627, and the laverH3595 and its baseH3653, to sanctifyH6942 them. 12And he pouredH3332 of the anointingH4888 oilH8081 upon Aaron’s headH7218, and anointedH4886 him, to sanctifyH6942 him. 13And MosesH4872 broughtH7126 Aaron’s sonsH1121, and clothedH3847 them with coats, and girdedH2296 them with girdles, and boundH2280 head-tires upon them; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872.

14And he broughtH5066 the bullock of the sin-offering: and AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 laidH5564 their handsH3027 upon the headH7218 of the bullock of the sin-offering. 15And he slew it; and MosesH4872 tookH3947 the bloodH1818, and putH5414 it upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 roundH5439 about with his fingerH676, and purifiedH2398 the altarH4196, and pouredH3332 out the bloodH1818 at the baseH3247 of the altarH4196, and sanctifiedH6942 it, to makeH5414 atonementH3722 for it. 16And he tookH3947 all the fatH2459 that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liverH3516, and the twoH8147 kidneysH3629, and their fatH2459; and MosesH4872 burned it upon the altarH4196. 17But the bullock, and its skinH5785, and its fleshH1320, and its dungH6569, he burntH8313 with fireH784 without the campH4264; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872.

18And he presentedH7126 the ramH352 of the burnt-offering: and AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 laidH5564 their handsH3027 upon the headH7218 of the ramH352. 19And he killed it; and MosesH4872 sprinkledH2236 the bloodH1818 upon the altarH4196 roundH5439 about. 20And he cutH5408 the ramH352 into its piecesH5409; and MosesH4872 burnt the headH7218, and the piecesH5409, and the fat. 21And he washedH7364 the inwards and the legsH3767 with waterH4325; and MosesH4872 burnt the whole ramH352 upon the altarH4196: it was a burnt-offering for a sweet savor: it was an offeringH801 made by fireH801 unto Jehovah; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872.

22And he presentedH7126 the other ramH352, the ramH352 of consecration: and AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 laidH5564 their handsH3027 upon the headH7218 of the ramH352. 23And he slew it; and MosesH4872 tookH3947 of the bloodH1818 thereof, and putH5414 it upon the tip of Aaron’s rightH3233 earH241, and upon the thumbH931 of his rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of his rightH3233 footH7272. 24And he broughtH7126 Aaron’s sonsH1121; and MosesH4872 putH5414 of the bloodH1818 upon the tip of their rightH3233 earH241, and upon the thumbH931 of their rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of their rightH3233 footH7272: and MosesH4872 sprinkledH2236 the bloodH1818 upon the altarH4196 roundH5439 about. 25And he tookH3947 the fatH2459, and the fatH2459 tailH451, and all the fatH2459 that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liverH3516, and the twoH8147 kidneysH3629, and their fatH2459, and the rightH3225 thighH7785: 26and out of the basketH5536 of unleavenedH4682 breadH3899, that was before Jehovah, he tookH3947 oneH259 unleavenedH4682 cakeH2471, and oneH259 cakeH2471 of oiled breadH3899, and oneH259 waferH7550, and placedH7760 them on the fatH2459, and upon the rightH3225 thighH7785: 27and he putH5414 the whole upon the handsH3709 of AaronH175, and upon the handsH3709 of his sonsH1121, and wavedH5130 them for a wave-offering before Jehovah. 28And MosesH4872 tookH3947 them from off their handsH3709, and burntH5930 them on the altarH4196 upon the burnt-offering: they were a consecration for a sweet savor: it was an offeringH801 made by fireH801 unto Jehovah. 29And MosesH4872 tookH3947 the breastH2373, and wavedH5130 it for a wave-offering before Jehovah: it wasH1961 Moses’H4872 portionH4490 of the ramH352 of consecration; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872.

30And MosesH4872 tookH3947 of the anointingH4888 oilH8081, and of the bloodH1818 which was upon the altarH4196, and sprinkled it upon AaronH175, upon his garmentsH899, and upon his sonsH1121, and upon his sons’H1121 garmentsH899 with him, and sanctifiedH6942 AaronH175, his garmentsH899, and his sonsH1121, and his sons’H1121 garmentsH899 with him.

31And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto AaronH175 and to his sonsH1121, BoilH1310 the fleshH1320 at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150: and there eatH398 it and the breadH3899 that is in the basketH5536 of consecration, as I commandedH6680, sayingH559, AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 shall eatH398 it. 32And that which remaineth of the fleshH1320 and of the breadH3899 shall ye burnH8313 with fireH784. 33And ye shall not goH3318 out from the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150 sevenH7651 daysH3117, until the daysH3117 of your consecration be fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you sevenH7651 daysH3117. 34As hath been done this dayH3117, so Jehovah hath commandedH6680 to do, to makeH6213 atonementH3722 for you. 35And at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150 shall ye abide dayH3117 and nightH3915 sevenH7651 daysH3117, and keepH8104 the chargeH4931 of Jehovah, that ye dieH4191 not: for so I am commandedH6680. 36And AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 did all the thingsH1697 which Jehovah commandedH6680 by MosesH4872.
