1 Thessalonians 4:1-9
1FinallyG3063 then, brethren, we beseech and exhortG3870 you in the LordG2962 JesusG2424, that, as ye receivedG3880 of us howG4459 ye oughtG1163 to walkG4043 and to pleaseG700 GodG2316, evenG2532 as ye do walkG4043,—that ye aboundG4052 moreG3123 and moreG3123. 2For ye know what chargeG3852 we gaveG1325 you through the LordG2962 JesusG2424. 3For this isG1510 the will of GodG2316, even your sanctificationG38, that ye abstainG568 from fornication; 4that each oneG1538 of you know how to possess himself of his ownG1438 vesselG4632 in sanctificationG38 and honorG5092, 5not in the passionG3806 of lustG1939, evenG2532 as the GentilesG1484 who know not GodG2316; 6that no manG3778 transgress, and wrong his brotherG80 in the matterG4229: because the LordG2962 is an avenger in all these thingsG3778, as alsoG2532 we forewarned you and testifiedG1263. 7For GodG2316 calledG2564 us not for uncleanness, but in sanctificationG38. 8Therefore he that rejecteth, rejecteth not manG444, but GodG2316, who giveth his HolyG40 SpiritG4151 unto you.
9But concerningG4012 loveG25 of the brethren ye have no needG5532 that oneG240 writeG1125 unto you: for ye yourselves areG1510 taught of God to loveG25 oneG240 another;
