1 Corinthians 16
1NowG1161 concerningG4012 the collection for the saintsG40, as I gave order to the churchesG1577 of GalatiaG1053, so alsoG2532 do ye. 2Upon the firstG1520 day of the weekG4521 let each oneG1520 of you lay by him in storeG2343, as he may prosper, that no collections be made whenG3752 I comeG2064. 3And whenG3752 I arrive, whomsoever ye shall approveG1381, them will I sendG3992 with lettersG1992 to carry your bounty unto JerusalemG2419: 4and if it beG1510 meet for me to goG4198 alsoG1161, they shall goG4198 with me. 5But I will comeG2064 unto you, whenG3752 I shall have passedG1330 through MacedoniaG3109; for I passG1330 through MacedoniaG3109; 6but with you it may be that I shall abide, or evenG2532 winterG3914, that ye may set me forward on my journey whithersoever I goG4198. 7For I do not wishG2309 to seeG3708 you nowG737 by the way; for I hopeG1679 to tarry a while with you, if the LordG2962 permitG2010. 8But I will tarry at EphesusG2181 until PentecostG4005; 9for a greatG3173 doorG2374 and effectual is openedG455 unto me, and there are manyG4183 adversaries.
10NowG1161 if TimothyG5095 comeG2064, seeG991 that he be with you without fearG870; for he worketh the workG2041 of the LordG2962, as I alsoG1161 do: 11let no man thereforeG3767 despiseG1848 him. But set him forward on his journey in peaceG1515, that he may comeG2064 unto me: for I expect him with the brethren. 12But as touching ApollosG625 the brotherG80, I besought him muchG4183 to comeG2064 unto you with the brethren: and it wasG1510 not at all his will to comeG2064 nowG1161; but he will comeG2064 whenG3752 he shall have opportunity.
13WatchG1127 ye, standG4739 fast in the faithG4102, quit you like men, be strong. 14Let all that ye do be done in loveG26.
15NowG1161 I beseech you, brethren (ye know the houseG3614 of StephanasG4734, that it isG1510 the firstfruits of AchaiaG882, and that they have set themselves to minister unto the saintsG40), 16that ye alsoG2532 be in subjectionG5293 unto suchG5108, and to every oneG3588 that helpeth in the work and laboreth. 17And I rejoiceG5463 at the coming of StephanasG4734 and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lackingG5303 on your part they supplied. 18For they refreshedG373 my spiritG4151 and yours: acknowledge ye thereforeG3767 them that are suchG5108.
19The churchesG1577 of AsiaG773 salute you. AquilaG207 and PriscaG4251 salute you muchG4183 in the LordG2962, with the churchG1577 that is in their houseG3624. 20All the brethren salute you. Salute oneG240 another with a holyG40 kissG5370.
21The salutation of me PaulG3972 with mine own handG5495. 22If any man loveth not the LordG2962, let him beG1510 anathema. Maranatha. 23The graceG5485 of the LordG2962 JesusG2424 Christ be with you. 24My loveG26 be with you all in ChristG5547 JesusG2424. Amen.
