23I liftedupנָשָׂ֧אתִיna.Sa.tiH5375myhandיָדִ֛יya.DiH3027to them also in thewildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֑רba.mid.BarH4057, that I wouldscatterלְהָפִ֤יץle.ha.FitzH6327them among theheathenבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471, anddisperseוּלְזָר֥וֹתu.le.za.RotH2219them through thecountriesבָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ba.'a.ra.TzotH776;

24Because they had notexecutedעָשׂוּ֙'a.SuH6213myjudgmentsמִשְׁפָּטַ֤יmish.pa.TaiH4941, but haddespisedמָאָ֔סוּma.'A.suH3988mystatutesוְחֻקּוֹתַ֣יve.chu.ko.TaiH2708, and hadprofanedחִלֵּ֑לוּchi.Le.luH2490mysabbathsשַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖יsha.be.to.TaiH7676, and theireyesעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃'ei.nei.HemH5869wereafterוְאַחֲרֵי֙ve.'a.cha.ReiH310theirfathersאֲבוֹתָ֔ם'a.vo.TamH1’idolsגִּלּוּלֵ֣יgi.lu.LeiH1544.

25Therefore Igaveנָתַ֣תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414them alsostatutesחֻקִּ֖יםchu.KimH2706that were notgoodטוֹבִ֑יםto.VimH2896, andjudgmentsוּמִ֨שְׁפָּטִ֔יםu.Mish.pa.TimH4941by which they should notliveיִֽחְי֖וּyich.YuH2421;
