22‘Whenאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834a leaderנָשִׂ֖יאna.Si'H5387sinsיֶֽחֱטָ֑אye.che.Ta'H2398and unintentionallyבִּשְׁגָגָ֖הbish.ga.GahH7684doesוְעָשָׂ֡הve.'a.SahH6213anyאַחַ֣ת'a.ChatH259ofthe thingsH4687whichאֲשֶׁ֧ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068his Godאֱלֹהָ֜יו'e.lo.HavH430has commandedH4687not to be doneתֵעָשֶׂ֛ינָהte.'a.Sei.nahH6213,and he becomesH816guiltyוְאָשֵֽׁם׃ve.'a.ShemH816,

23ifאֽוֹ־'ov-H176his sinחַטָּאת֔וֹcha.ta.ToH2403whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834he has committedחָטָ֖אcha.Ta'H2398is madeH3045knownH3045to him, he shall bringוְהֵבִ֧יאve.he.Vi'H935as his offeringקָרְבָּנ֛וֹka.re.ba.NoH7133agoatשְׂעִ֥יר עִזִּ֖יםse.'Ir 'i.ZimH8163 H5795,a maleזָכָ֥רza.KharH2145withoutH8549defectH8549.

24And he shall layוְסָמַ֤ךְve.sa.MakhH5564his handיָדוֹ֙ya.DoH3027on the headרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of the maleהַשָּׂעִ֔ירha.sa.'IrH8163goatH8163and slaughterוְשָׁחַ֣טve.sha.ChatH7819it in the placeבִּמְק֛וֹםbim.KomH4725whereאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834they slaughterיִשְׁחַ֥טyish.ChatH7819the burntהָעֹלָ֖הha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;it is a sinחַטָּ֖אתcha.TatH2403offeringH2403.

25Then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548is to takeוְלָקַ֨חve.la.KachH3947someH4480of the bloodמִדַּ֤םmi.DamH1818of the sinהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403offeringH2403with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676and putוְנָתַ֕ןve.na.TanH5414it onthe hornsקַרְנֹ֖תkar.NotH7161of the altarמִזְבַּ֣חmiz.BachH4196of burntהָעֹלָ֑הha.'o.LahH5930offeringהָעֹלָֽה׃ha.'o.LahH5930; and the rest ofits bloodדָּמ֣וֹda.MoH1818he shall pourיִשְׁפֹּ֔ךְyish.PokhH8210outH8210at the baseיְס֖וֹדye.SodH3247of the altarמִזְבַּ֥חmiz.BachH4196of burntH5930offeringH5930.

26And he shall offerH6999allכָּל־kol-H3605its fatחֶלְבּוֹ֙chel.BoH2459upH6999inH6999smokeיַקְטִ֣ירyak.TirH6999on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָהha.miz.Be.chahH4196as in the case ofthe fatכְּחֵ֖לֶבke.Che.levH2459of the sacrificeזֶ֣בַחZe.vachH2077of peaceהַשְּׁלָמִ֑יםha.she.la.MimH8002offeringsH8002. Sothe priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall makeוְכִפֶּ֨רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for him regardingH4480his sinמֵחַטָּאת֖וֹme.cha.ta.ToH2403,and he will be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545.

27‘Now ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518anyoneנֶ֧פֶשׁ אַחַ֛תNe.fesh 'a.ChatH5315 H259of thecommonהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776peopleמֵעַ֣םme.'AmH5971sinsתֶּחֱטָ֥אte.che.Ta'H2398unintentionallyבִשְׁגָגָ֖הvish.ga.GahH7684by doingבַּ֠עֲשֹׂתָהּBa.'a.so.tahH6213anyאַחַ֨ת'a.ChatH259of thethingsH4687whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068has commandedH4687not to be doneתֵעָשֶׂ֖ינָהte.'a.Sei.nahH6213,and becomesH816guiltyוְאָשֵֽׁם׃ve.'a.ShemH816,

28ifא֚וֹ'oH176his sinחַטָּאת֖וֹcha.ta.ToH2403whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834he hascommittedחָטָ֑אcha.Ta'H2398is madeH3045knownH3045to him, then he shall bringוְהֵבִ֨יאve.he.Vi'H935as his offeringקָרְבָּנ֜וֹka.re.ba.NoH7133agoatשְׂעִירַ֤תse.'i.RatH8166, afemaleנְקֵבָ֔הne.ke.VahH5347withoutH8549defectH8549,for his sinחַטָּאת֖וֹcha.ta.ToH2403whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834he hascommittedחָטָֽא׃cha.Ta'H2398.

29Andhe shall layוְסָמַךְ֙ve.sa.maKhH5564his handיָד֔וֹya.DoH3027on the headרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of the sinהַֽחַטָּ֑אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringהַ֣חַטָּ֔אתha.cha.TatH2403andslaughterוְשָׁחַט֙ve.sha.ChatH7819the sinH2403offeringH2403at the placeבִּמְק֖וֹםbim.KomH4725of the burntהָעֹלָֽה׃ha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930.

30The priestהַכֹּהֵ֤ןha.ko.HenH3548shall then takeוְלָקַ֨חve.la.KachH3947someH4480of its bloodמִדָּמָהּ֙mi.da.MahH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676and putוְנָתַ֕ןve.na.TanH5414it on the hornsקַרְנֹ֖תkar.NotH7161ofthe altarמִזְבַּ֣חmiz.BachH4196of burntהָעֹלָ֑הha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930; andallכָּל־kol-H3605the rest ofits bloodדָּמָ֣הּda.MahH1818he shall pourיִשְׁפֹּ֔ךְyish.PokhH8210outH8210at the baseיְס֖וֹדye.SodH3247of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ha.miz.Be.achH4196.

31Then he shall removeיָסִ֗ירya.SirH5493allכָּל־kol-H3605its fatחֶלְבָּ֣הּchel.BahH2459,justH3512asH3512the fatחֵלֶב֮che.LevH2459was removedהוּסַ֣רhu.SarH5493from the sacrificeזֶ֣בַחZe.vachH2077of peaceהַשְּׁלָמִים֒ha.she.la.MimH8002offeringsH8002;and the priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548shall offerH6999it upH6999inH6999smokeוְהִקְטִ֤ירve.hik.TirH6999on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָהha.miz.Be.chahH4196asa soothingנִיחֹ֖חַni.Cho.achH5207aromaלְרֵ֥יחַle.Rei.achH7381to the Lordלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068.So the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548shall makeוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for him,and he will be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545.

32‘But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he bringsיָבִ֥יאya.Vi'H935a lambכֶּ֛בֶשׂKe.vesH3532as his offeringקָרְבָּנ֖וֹka.re.ba.NoH7133for a sinלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403,he shall bringיְבִיאֶֽנָּה׃ye.vi.'E.nahH935a femaleנְקֵבָ֥הne.ke.VahH5347withoutH8549defectH8549.
