2“Commandצַ֞וtzavH6680the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478that they bringוְיִקְח֨וּve.yik.ChuH3947to youclearזָ֛ךְzakhH2134oilשֶׁ֣מֶןShe.menH8081from beatenכָּתִ֖יתka.TitH3795olivesזַ֥יִתZa.yitH2132for thelightלַמָּא֑וֹרla.ma.'orH3974,to make a lampנֵ֖רnerH5216burnלְהַעֲלֹ֥תle.ha.'a.LotH5927continuallyתָּמִֽיד׃ta.MidH8548.

3Outsideמִחוּץ֩mi.ChutzH4480 H2351the veilלְפָרֹ֨כֶתle.fa.Ro.khetH6532of the testimonyהָעֵדֻ֜תha.'ei.DutH5715in the tentבְּאֹ֣הֶלbe.'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵ֗דmo.'EdH4150,Aaronאַהֲרֹ֜ן'a.ha.RonH175shall keepH6186it inH6186orderH6186from eveningמֵעֶ֧רֶבme.'E.revH6153to morningבֹּ֛קֶרBo.kerH1242beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068continuallyתָּמִ֑ידta.MidH8548; it shall bea permanentעוֹלָ֖םo.LamH5769statuteחֻקַּ֥תchu.KatH2708throughout your generationsלְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃le.do.Ro.tei.KhemH1755.

4He shall keepH6186the lampsהַנֵּר֑וֹתha.ne.RotH5216inH6186orderH6186on thepureהַטְּהֹרָ֔הha.te.ho.RahH2889goldlampstandהַמְּנֹרָ֣הha.me.no.RahH4501beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068continuallyתָּמִֽיד׃ פta.MidH8548.

5“Then you shall takeוְלָקַחְתָּ֣ve.la.kach.TaH3947fineסֹ֔לֶתSo.letH5560flourH5560and bakeוְאָפִיתָ֣ve.'a.fi.TaH644twelveשְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖הshe.Teim 'es.RehH8147 H6240cakesחַלּ֑וֹתcha.LotH2471with it;two-tenthsשְׁנֵי֙ עֶשְׂרֹנִ֔יםshe.Nei 'es.ro.NimH8147 H6241of an ephah shall be ineachהָאֶחָֽת׃ha.'e.ChatH259cakeהַֽחַלָּ֥הha.cha.LahH2471.

6And you shall setוְשַׂמְתָּ֥ve.sam.TaH7760them intwoשְׁתַּ֥יִםshe.Ta.yimH8147rowsמַֽעֲרָכ֖וֹתma.'a.ra.KhotH4635,sixשֵׁ֣שׁsheshH8337toa rowהַֽמַּעֲרָ֑כֶתha.ma.'a.Ra.khetH4635, on thepureהַטָּהֹ֖רha.ta.HorH2889goldtableהַשֻּׁלְחָ֥ןha.shul.ChanH7979beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

7You shall putוְנָתַתָּ֥ve.na.ta.TaH5414pureזַכָּ֑הza.KahH2134frankincenseלְבֹנָ֣הle.vo.NahH3828on each rowהַֽמַּעֲרֶ֖כֶתha.ma.'a.Re.khetH4635so that it may bea memorialלְאַזְכָּרָ֔הle.'az.ka.RahH234portionH234for the breadלַלֶּ֙חֶם֙la.Le.chemH3899,an offeringאִשֶּׁ֖ה'i.ShehH801byH801fireH801to the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

8Every SabbathH7676dayH3117he shall setH6186it inH6186orderH6186beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068continuallyתָּמִ֑ידta.MidH8548;it is an everlastingעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769covenantבְּרִ֥יתbe.RitH1285for the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478.

9Andit shall be for Aaronלְאַהֲרֹ֣ןle.'a.ha.RonH175and his sonsוּלְבָנָ֔יוu.le.va.NavH1121,and they shall eatוַאֲכָלֻ֖הוּva.'a.kha.Lu.huH398it in a holyקָדֹ֑שׁka.DoshH6918placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725;for it is mostקֹדֶשׁ֩ko.DeshH6944holyקָֽדָשִׁ֨יםka.da.ShimH6944to him from the Lord’sיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068offeringsH801byH801fireמֵאִשֵּׁ֥יme.'i.SheiH801, hisportionחָק־chok-H2706foreverעוֹלָֽם׃ סo.LamH5769.”

10Now the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of an IsraeliteH3482womanאִשָּׁ֣ה'i.ShahH802--his fatherבֶּן־ אִ֣ישׁben- 'ishH1121 H376was an Egyptianמִצְרִ֔יmitz.RiH4713--wentH3318outH3318amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478;and the IsraeliteH3482woman’sH3482sonבֶּ֚ןbenH1121and an IsraeliteH3481manוְאִ֖ישׁve.'IshH376hadH5327aH5327fightH5327within the campבַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הba.ma.cha.NehH4264.

11And the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of the IsraeliteH3482womanהָֽאִשָּׁ֨הha.'i.ShahH802blasphemedH6895theNameהַשֵּׁם֙ha.ShemH8034and cursedוַיְקַלֵּ֔לvay.ka.LelH7043.So they broughtוַיָּבִ֥יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935him to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872. (Now his mother’sאִמּ֛וֹ'i.MoH517nameוְשֵׁ֥םve.ShemH8034was Shelomithשְׁלֹמִ֥יתshe.lo.MitH8019,the daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Dibriדִּבְרִ֖יdiv.RiH1704,of the tribeלְמַטֵּה־le.ma.teh-H4294of Danדָֽן׃DanH1835.)

12Then they putוַיַּנִּיחֻ֖הוּvai.ya.ni.Chu.huH5117him in custodyבַּמִּשְׁמָ֑רba.mish.MarH4929, waiting for Mosesto giveH6567them aH6567clearH6567decisionH6567inH5921accordanceH5921withH5921the commandפִּ֥יpiH6310of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

13Then the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

14“Bringהוֹצֵ֣אho.Tze'H3318the one who has cursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043outsideאֶל־ מִחוּץ֙'el- mi.ChutzH413 H4480 H2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264,and have allכָֽל־khol-H3605who heardהַשֹּׁמְעִ֛יםha.sho.me.'ImH8085himlayוְסָמְכ֧וּve.sa.me.KhuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027on his headרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218; thenhave allכָּל־kol-H3605the congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712stoneוְרָגְמ֥וּve.rag.MuH7275him.

15You shall also speakתְּדַבֵּ֣רte.da.BerH1696to the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, ‘Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588anyoneH376cursesיְקַלֵּ֥לye.ka.LelH7043his Godאֱלֹהָ֖יו'e.lo.HavH430,then he will bearוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375the responsibility forhis sinחֶטְאֽוֹ׃chet.'OH2399.

16Moreover, the one whoblasphemesוְנֹקֵ֤בve.no.KevH5344the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068mustH4191be putH4191toH4191deathH4191;allכָּל־kol-H3605the congregationהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712shall certainlyרָג֥וֹםra.GomH7275stoneיִרְגְּמוּ־yir.ge.mu-H7275him. The strangerכַּגֵּר֙ka.GerH1616as well as the nativeכָּֽאֶזְרָ֔חka.'ez.RachH249,when he blasphemesבְּנָקְבוֹ־be.nak.vo-H5344the Nameשֵׁ֖םshemH8034,shall be putH4191toH4191deathH4191.

17‘Nowifכִּ֥יkiH3588someoneוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376takesיַכֶּ֖הya.KehH5221anyכָּל־kol-H3605humanאָדָ֑ם'a.DamH120lifeנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315,he mustH4191be putH4191toH4191deathH4191.

18But the one whotakesוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221the lifeנֶֽפֶשׁ־ne.fesh-H5315of an animalבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929shall makeH7999restitutionH7999,lifeנֶ֖פֶשׁNe.feshH5315for lifeנָֽפֶשׁ׃Na.feshH5315.

19Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588someoneוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376injuresיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414 H4140his neighborבַּעֲמִית֑וֹba.'a.mi.ToH5997,justH3512asH3512he has doneעָשָׂ֔ה'a.SahH6213,soכֵּ֖ןkenH3651shall it be doneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213to him:

20fractureשֶׁ֚בֶרShe.verH7667for fractureשֶׁ֔בֶרShe.verH7667,eyeעַ֚יִן'A.yinH5869for eyeעַ֔יִן'A.yinH5869,toothשֵׁ֖ןshenH8127for toothשֵׁ֑ןShenH8127;justH3512asH3512he has injuredיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414 H4140a personבָּֽאָדָ֔םba.'a.DamH120,soכֵּ֖ןkenH3651shall it beinflictedיִנָּ֥תֶןyi.Na.tenH5414on him.

21So the one whokillsוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221an animalבְהֵמָ֖הve.he.MahH929shall makeH7999restitutionH7999, but the one whokillsוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221a personאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120shall be putיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191toH4191deathH4191.

22There shall be onlyoneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259standardמִשְׁפַּ֤טmish.PatH4941for you; it shall be for the strangerכַּגֵּ֥רka.GerH1616as well as the nativeכָּאֶזְרָ֖חka.'ez.RachH249,for I am the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.’”

23Then Mosesמֹשֶׁה֮mo.ShehH4872spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696to the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478,and they broughtוַיּוֹצִ֣יאוּvai.yo.Tzi.'uH3318the one who had cursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043outsideמִחוּץ֙mi.ChutzH413 H4480 H2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264,and stonedוַיִּרְגְּמ֥וּvai.yir.ge.MuH7275him with stonesאָ֑בֶן'A.venH68.So the sonsוּבְנֵֽי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֣לYis.ra.'ElH3478didעָשׂ֔וּ'a.SuH6213justH3512asH3512the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068had commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ פmo.ShehH4872.
