32SoοὖνounG3767the soldiersστρατιῶταιstratiōtaiG4757cameἦλθονēlthonG2064and brokeκατέαξανkateaxanG2608the legsσκέληskelēG4628of the firstπρώτουprōtouG4413manG4413,and of the otherἄλλουallouG243who wascrucifiedσυσταυρωθέντοςsustaurōthentosG4957with Him;

34Yetἀλλ᾽all᾽G235oneεἷςheisG1520of the soldiersστρατιωτῶνstratiōtōnG4757piercedἔνυξεν,enuxenG3572His sideπλευρὰνpleuranG4125with a spearλόγχῃlogchēG3057,and immediatelyG2117bloodαἷμαhaimaG129and waterὕδωρ.hudōrG5204cameG1831outG1831.

35And he who has seenἑωρακὼςhe'ōrakōsG3708hastestifiedμεμαρτύρηκενmemarturēkenG3140,and his testimonyμαρτυρίαmarturiaG3141is trueἀληθινὴalēthinēG228;and he knowsG3609that he is tellingλέγει,legeiG3004the truthἀληθῆalēthēG227,soG2443thatG2443you alsoG2532may believeπιστεύσητε.pisteusēteG4100.

36For theseG3778thingsταῦταtautaG3778tookG1096placeἐγένετοegenetoG1096soἵναinaG2443thatG2443the ScriptureγραφὴgraphēG1124would be fulfilledπληρωθῇ·plērōthēaG4137: “Not a boneὀστοῦνostounG3747of Him shall bebrokenσυντριβήσεταιsuntribēsetaiG4937.”
