Psalms 69:8-28

8I haveH1961 becomeH1961 1estrangedH2114 2from my brothersH251 And an alienH5237 to my mother’sH517 sonsH1121.9For 3zealH7068 for Your houseH1004 has consumedH398 me, And 4the reproachesH2781 of those who reproachH2778 You have fallenH5307 on me.10When I weptH1058 5in my soulH5315 with fastingH6685, It becameH1961 my reproachH2781.11When I madeH5414 6sackclothH8242 my clothingH3830, I becameH1961 7a bywordH4912 to them.12Those who 8sitH3427 in the gateH8179 talkH7878 about me, And I am the 910songH5058 of the drunkardsH7941H8354.

13But as for me, my prayerH8605 is to You, O LordH3068, 11at an acceptableH7522 timeH6256; O GodH430, in the 12greatnessH7230 of Your lovingkindnessH2617, AnswerH6030 me with 13Your savingH3468 truthH571.14DeliverH5337 me from the 14mireH2916 and do not let me sinkH2883; May I be 15deliveredH5337 from 16my foesH8130 and from the 1718deepH4615 watersH4325.15May the 1920floodH7642 of waterH4325 not overflowH7857 me NorH408 the deepH4688 swallowH1104 me up, NorH408 the 21pitH875 shutH332 its mouthH6310 on me.

16AnswerH6030 me, O LordH3068, for 22Your lovingkindnessH2617 is goodH2896; 23According to the greatnessH7230 of Your compassionH7356, 24turnH6437 to me,17And 25do not hideH5641 Your faceH6440 from Your servantH5650, For I am 26in distressH6887; answerH6030 me quicklyH4118.18Oh drawH7126 nearH7126 to my soulH5315 and 27redeemH1350 it; 28RansomH6299 me becauseH4616 of my enemiesH340!19You knowH3045 my 29reproachH2781 and my shameH1322 and my dishonorH3639; AllH3605 my adversariesH6887 are 30beforeH5048 You.

20ReproachH2781 has 31brokenH7665 my heartH3820 and I am so sickH5136. And 32I lookedH6960 for sympathyH5110, but thereH369 was noneH369, And for 33comfortersH5162, but I foundH4672 noneH3808.21They also gaveH5414 me 3435gallH7219 36for my foodH1267 And for my thirstH6772 they 37gaveH8248 me vinegarH2558 to drinkH8248.

22May 38their tableH7979 beforeH6440 them becomeH1961 a snareH4170; And 3940when they are in peaceH7965, may it become a trapH4170.23May their 41eyesH5869 growH2821 dimH2821 soH4480 that they cannotH4480 seeH7200, And make their 42loinsH4975 shakeH4571 continuallyH8548.2443PourH8210 out Your indignationH2195 on them, And may Your burningH2740 angerH639 overtakeH5381 them.25May their 4445campH2918 be desolateH8074; May noneH408 dwellH3427 in their tentsH168.26For they have 46persecutedH7291 him whomH834 47You YourselfH859 have smittenH5221, And they tellH5608 of the painH4341 of those whom 48You have 49woundedH2491.27AddH5414 50iniquityH5771 to their iniquityH5771, And 51may they not comeH935 into 52Your righteousnessH6666.28May they be 53blottedH4229 out of the 54bookH5612 of lifeH2416 And may they not be 5556recordedH3789 with the righteousH6662.
