7“16HearH8085, O My peopleH5971, and I will speakH1696; O IsraelH3478, I will testifyH5749 17against you; I am GodH430, 18your GodH430.8I do 19not reproveH3198 you for your sacrificesH2077, And your burntH5930 offeringsH5930 are continuallyH8548 beforeH5048 Me.9I shall takeH3947 noH3808 20youngH6499 bullH6499 out of your houseH1004 Nor maleH6260 goatsH6260 out of your foldsH4356.10For 21everyH3605 beastH2421 of the forestH3293 is Mine, The cattleH929 on a thousandH505 hillsH2022.11I knowH3045 everyH3605 22birdH5775 of the mountainsH2022, And everythingH2123 that movesH2123 in the fieldH7706 is 23MineH5973.12IfH518 I were hungryH7456 I would not tellH559 you, For the 24worldH8398 is Mine, and 25allH4393 it containsH4393.13Shall I eatH398 the fleshH1320 of 2627bullsH47 Or drinkH8354 the bloodH1818 of maleH6260 goatsH6260?14OfferH2076 to GodH430 28a sacrificeH2076 of thanksgivingH8426 And 29payH7999 your vowsH5088 to the MostH5945 HighH5945;1530CallH7121 upon Me in the dayH3117 of troubleH6869; I shall 31rescueH2502 you, and you will 32honorH3513 Me.”
16But to the wickedH7563 GodH430 saysH559, “WhatH4100 right have you to tellH5608 of My statutesH2706 And to takeH5375 33My covenantH1285 in your mouthH6310?17For you 34hateH8130 disciplineH4148, And you 35castH7993 My wordsH1697 behindH310 you.18WhenH518 you seeH7200 a thiefH1590, you 3637are pleasedH7521 with him, And 38you 39associateH2506 with adulterersH5003.19You 4041letH7971 your mouthH6310 looseH7971 in evilH7463 And your 42tongueH3956 framesH6775 deceitH4820.20You sitH3427 and 43speakH1696 against your brotherH251; You slanderH5414H1848 your own mother’sH517 sonH1121.21TheseH428 thingsH428 you have doneH6213 and 44I keptH2790 silenceH2790; You thoughtH1819 that I was just likeH3644 you; I will 45reproveH3198 you and stateH6186 the case in orderH6186 before your eyesH5869.
22“NowH4994 considerH995 thisH2088, you who 46forgetH7911 GodH433, OrH6435 I will 47tearH2963 you in pieces, and thereH369 will be noneH369 to deliverH5337.23He who 48offersH2076 a sacrificeH2076 of thanksgivingH8426 honorsH3513 Me; And to him who 4950ordersH7760 his wayH1870 aright I shall 51showH7200 the salvationH3468 of GodH430.”
