1 John 4:6-12
61We are from GodG2316; 2he who knowsG1097 GodG2316 listensG191 to us; 3he whoG3739 is not from GodG2316 does not listenG191 to us. By thisG3778 we knowG1097 4the spiritG4151 of truthG225 and 5the spiritG4151 of errorG4106.
76BelovedG27, let us 7loveG25 oneG240 anotherG240, for loveG26 is from GodG2316; and 8everyoneG3956 who lovesG25 is 910bornG1080 of GodG2316 and 11knowsG1097 GodG2316. 8The one who does not loveG25 does not knowG1097 GodG2316, for 12GodG2316 is loveG26. 9By thisG3778 the loveG26 of GodG2316 was manifestedG5319 1314in us, that 15GodG2316 has sentG649 His 16onlyG3439 begottenG3439 SonG5207 into the worldG2889 soG2443 that we might liveG2198 throughG1223 Him. 10In thisG3778 is loveG26, 17not that we lovedG25 GodG2316, but that 18He lovedG25 us and sentG649 His SonG5207 to be 19the propitiationG2434 for our sinsG266. 1120BelovedG27, ifG1487 GodG2316 soG3779 lovedG25 us, 21we alsoG2532 oughtG3784 to loveG25 oneG240 anotherG240. 1222NoG3762 oneG3762 has seenG2300 GodG2316 at anyG4455 timeG4455; ifG1437 we loveG25 oneG240 anotherG240, GodG2316 abidesG3306 in us, and His 23loveG26 is perfectedG5048 in us.
