19sayingλέγων·legōnG3004, “GiveδότεdoteG1325thisταύτην,tautēnG3778authorityἐξουσίανexousianG1849to me as wellκἀμοὶkamoikaiG2532,soἵναinaG2443that everyoneἐὰνeanG1437on whomᾧhōG3739I layἐπιθῶepithōG2007my handsχεῖραςcheirasG5495may receiveλαμβάνῃlambanēG2983the Holyἅγιον.hagionG40SpiritπνεῦμαpneumaG4151.”

20But PeterΠέτροςPetrosG4074saidG3004to him, “May your silverἀργύριόνargurionG694perishἀπώλειαν,apōleianG684with you, becauseὅτιhotiG3754you thoughtἐνόμισαςenomisasG3543you couldobtainκτᾶσθαι.ktasthaiG2932the giftδωρεὰνdōreanG1431of GodθεοῦtheouG2316with moneyχρημάτωνchrēmatōnG5536!

22ThereforeοὖνounG3767repentμετανόησονmetanoēsonG3340of thisταύτηςtautēsG3778wickednessκακίαςkakiasG2549of yoursG4771,and prayδεήθητιdeēthētiG1189the Lordκυρίου,kuriouG2962that,ifεἰeiG1487possibleἄραaraG686,the intentionἐπίνοιαepinoiaG1963of your heartκαρδίαςkardiasG2588may be forgivenἀφεθήσεταίaphethēsetaiG863you.

23For I seeὁρῶhorōG3708that you are in the gallχολὴνcholēnG5521of bitternessπικρίαςpikriasG4088and in thebondageσύνδεσμονsundesmonG4886of iniquityἀδικίαςadikiasG93.”

24But SimonΣίμωνSimōnG4613answeredἀποκριθεὶςapokritheisG611and saidG3004, “PrayδεήθητεdeēthēteG1189to the Lordκύριον,kurionG2962for me yourselvesὑμεῖςhumeisG4771,soὅπωςhopōsG3704that nothingμηδὲνmēdenG3367of whatὧνhōnG3739you have saidG3004may comeἐπέλθῃepelthēG1904upon me.”
