Ephesians 4:11-16
and he has givenG1325 some apostlesG652, and some prophetsG4396, and some evangelistsG2099, and some shepherdsG4166 and teachersG1320,
for the perfecting of the saintsG40; with a view to [the] workG2041 of [the] ministryG1248, with a view to the edifying of the bodyG4983 of ChristG5547;
until we all arrive at the unity of the faithG4102 and of the knowledgeG1922 of the SonG5207 of 1GodG2316, at [the] full-grown manG435, at [the] measureG3358 of the statureG2244 of the fulness of the ChristG5547;
in orderG2443 that we may beG1510 noG3371 longerG3371 babes, tossed and carried about by every windG417 of that teachingG1319 [which isG1510] in the sleight of menG444, in unprincipled cunning with a view to systematized errorG4106;
but, holding the truthG226 in loveG26, we may growG837 up to him in all thingsG3956, who isG1510 the headG2776, the ChristG5547:
from whom the whole bodyG4983, fitted togetherG4822, and connected by every joint of supply, accordingG2596 to [the] working in [its] measureG3358 of each oneG1520 partG3313, works for itself the increase of the bodyG4983 to its self-building up in loveG26.
