Darby Bible
John 2:12-17
I writeG1125 to you, children, because [your] sinsG266 are forgivenG863 you for his name's sakeG1223.
I writeG1125 to you, fathersG3962, because ye have knownG1097 him [that is] from the beginning. I writeG1125 to you, youngG3495 menG3495, because ye have overcomeG3528 the wickedG4190 [oneG3588]. I writeG1125 to you, little childrenG3813, because ye have knownG1097 the FatherG3962.
I have writtenG1125 to you, fathersG3962, because ye have knownG1097 him [that isG1510] from the beginning. I have writtenG1125 to you, youngG3495 menG3495, because ye areG1510 strongG2478, and the wordG3056 of 1GodG2316 abidesG3306 in you, and ye have overcomeG3528 the wickedG4190 [oneG3588].
LoveG26 not the worldG2889, nor the things in the worldG2889. If any oneG5100 loveG26 the worldG2889, the loveG26 of the FatherG3962 isG1510 not in him;
because all that [isG1510] in the worldG2889, the lustG1939 of the fleshG4561, and the lustG1939 of the eyesG3788, and the pride of lifeG979, isG1510 not of the FatherG3962, but isG1510 of the worldG2889.
And the worldG2889 is passing, and its lustG1939, but he that does the will of 2GodG2316 abidesG3306 for eternityG165.
