Exodus 16:30-36
So the peopleH5971 restedH7673 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117.
Now the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478 calledH7121H8034 the bread mannaH4478.1 ItH1931 was whiteH3836 like corianderH1407 seedH2233 and tastedH2940 like wafersH6838 made with honeyH1706. 32MosesH4872 saidH559, “ThisH2088H1697 is whatH834 the LORDH3068H4393 has commandedH6680: ‘KeepH4931 an omerH6016 ofH4480 manna for the generations to comeH1755, so thatH4616 they may seeH7200 the breadH3899 I fedH398 you in the wildernessH4057 when I brought youH3318 out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714.’”
So MosesH4872H413 toldH559 AaronH175, “TakeH3947 aH259 jarH6803 and fill itH5414H8033H4393 with an omerH6016 of mannaH4478. Then placeH5117 itH853 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068 to be preservedH4931 for the generations to comeH1755.” 34And AaronH175 placed itH5117 in front ofH6440 the TestimonyH5715,2 to be preservedH4931 just asH834 the LORDH3068H413 had commandedH6680 MosesH4872.
The IsraelitesH1121H3478 ateH398 mannaH4478 fortyH705 yearsH8141, untilH5704 they cameH935 toH413 a landH776 where they could settleH3427; they ateH398 mannaH4478 untilH5704 they reachedH935H413 the borderH7097 of CanaanH776H3667. 36(Now an omerH6016 is a tenthH6224 of an ephahH374H1931.)3
