16Ifוְאִ֣ם׀ve.'ImH518a manאִישׁ֙'ishH376consecratesיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068a parcelמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his landאֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,then your valuationעֶרְכְּךָ֖'er.ke.KhaH6187shall beוְהָיָ֥הve.ha.YahH1961proportionalלְפִ֣יle.FiH6310to the seed required for itזַרְע֑וֹzar.'OH2233—fiftyבַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖יםba.cha.mi.ShimH2572shekelsשֶׁ֥קֶלShe.kelH8255of silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701for every homerחֹ֣מֶרCho.merH2563of barleyשְׂעֹרִ֔יםse.'o.RimH8184seedזֶ֚רַעZe.ra'H2233.

17Ifאִם־'im-H518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵ֑הוּsa.De.huH7704during the Yearמִשְּׁנַ֥תmi.she.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֖לhai.yo.VelH3104,the price will standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965according to your valuationכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֖ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187.

18But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵהוּ֒sa.de.HuH7704afterאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310the Jubileeהַיֹּבֵל֮hai.yo.VelH3104,the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548אֶת־'et-H853is to calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803the priceהַכֶּ֗סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701in proportion toעַל־ פִּ֤י'al- piH5921 H6310the yearsהַשָּׁנִים֙ha.sha.NimH8141leftהַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔תha.No.ta.RotH3498untilעַ֖ד'adH5704the next Yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104,so that your valuationמֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃Me.'er.Ke.khaH6187will be reducedוְנִגְרַ֖עve.nig.Ra'H1639.

19And ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518the one who consecratedהַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁha.mak.DishH6942אֶת־'et-H853the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704decides to redeem itH1350אֹת֑וֹ'o.ToH853,he must addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254a fifthחֲמִשִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549toעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921the assessedעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187valueכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701,and it shall belongוְקָ֥םve.KamH6965to him.

20If, howeverוְאִם־ve.'im-H518,he does notלֹ֤אlo'H3808redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350אֶת־'et-H853the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704,or ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he has soldמָכַ֥רma.KharH4376אֶת־'et-H853itהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704to anotherאַחֵ֑ר'a.CherH312manלְאִ֣ישׁle.'IshH376,it may noלֹ֥אlo'H3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750be redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350.

21When the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֜הha.sa.DehH7704is releasedבְּצֵאת֣וֹbe.tze.ToH3318in the Jubileeבַיֹּבֵ֗לvai.yo.VelH3104,it will becomeוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961holyקֹ֛דֶשׁKo.deshH6944,like a fieldכִּשְׂדֵ֣הkis.DehH7704devotedהַחֵ֑רֶםha.Che.remH2764to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068;it becomesתִּהְיֶ֥הtih.YehH1961the propertyאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃'a.chu.za.ToH272of the priestsלַכֹּהֵ֖ןla.ko.HenH3548.

22Now ifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518אֶת־'et-H853a manconsecratesיַקְדִּ֖ישׁyak.DishH6942to the LORDלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068a fieldשְׂדֵ֣הse.DehH7704he has purchasedמִקְנָת֔וֹmik.na.ToH4736,whichאֲשֶׁ֕ר'a.SherH834is notלֹ֖אlo'H3808a partמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his own propertyאֲחֻזָּת֑וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,

23then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548אֵ֚ת'etH853shall calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803for him the valueמִכְסַ֣ת הָֽעֶרְכְּךָ֔mikh.Sat ha.'er.ke.KhaH4373 H6187up toעַ֖ד'adH5704the Yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104,and the man shall payוְנָתַ֤ןve.na.TanH5414אֶת־'et-H853the assessed valueהָעֶרְכְּךָ֙ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187on thatהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117as a sacred offeringקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the LORDלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

24In the Yearבִּשְׁנַ֤תbish.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיּוֹבֵל֙hai.yo.VelH3104the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704shall returnיָשׁ֣וּבya.ShuvH7725to the one from whomלַאֲשֶׁ֥רla.'a.SherH834it was boughtקָנָ֖הוּ מֵאִתּ֑וֹka.Na.hu me.'i.ToH7069 H854לַאֲשֶׁר־la.'a.Sher-H834—the original ownerאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272of the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

25Everyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605valuationעֶרְכְּךָ֔'er.ke.KhaH6187will beיִהְיֶ֖הyih.YehH1961according to the sanctuaryהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944shekelבְּשֶׁ֣קֶלbe.She.kelH8255,twentyעֶשְׂרִ֥ים'es.RimH6242gerahsגֵּרָ֖ה יִהְיֶ֥הge.Rah yih.YehH1626 H1961to the shekelהַשָּֽׁקֶל׃ סha.Sha.kelH8255.
