21They broughtוַיָּבִ֣יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935sevenשִׁבְעָה֩shiv.'AhH7651bullsפָרִים־fa.rim-H6499,sevenשִׁבְעָ֜הshiv.'AhH7651ramsוְאֵילִ֨יםve.'ei.LimH352,sevenשִׁבְעָ֗הshiv.'AhH7651lambsוּכְבָשִׂ֣יםu.khe.va.SimH3532,and sevenשִׁבְעָה֙shiv.'AhH7651male goatsוּצְפִירֵ֨י עִזִּ֤יםu.tze.fi.Rei 'i.ZimH6842H5795as a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֔אתle.cha.TatH2403forעַל־'al-H5921the kingdomהַמַּמְלָכָ֥הha.mam.la.KhahH4467,forוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921the sanctuaryהַמִּקְדָּ֖שׁha.mik.DashH4720,and forוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063.And the king commandedוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559the priestsהַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔יםha.Ko.ha.NimH3548,the descendantsלִבְנֵ֤יliv.NeiH1121of Aaronאַהֲרֹן֙'a.ha.RonH175,to offer themלְהַעֲל֖וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927onעַל־'al-H5921the altarמִזְבַּ֥חmiz.BachH4196of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

23Then they broughtוַיַּגִּ֙ישׁוּ֙vai.ya.Gi.shuH5066אֶת־'et-H853the goatsשְׂעִירֵ֣יse.'i.ReiH8163for the sin offeringהַֽחַטָּ֔אתha.cha.TatH2403beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the kingהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428and the assemblyוְהַקָּהָ֑לve.ha.ka.HalH6951,who laidוַיִּסְמְכ֥וּvai.yis.me.KhuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027on themעֲלֵיהֶֽם׃'a.lei.HemH5921.
24And the priestsהַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔יםha.Ko.ha.NimH3548slaughtered the goatsוַיִּשְׁחָטוּם֙vai.yish.cha.TumH7819and put their bloodדָּמָם֙da.MamH1818on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָהha.miz.Be.chahH4196for a sin offeringוַֽיְחַטְּא֤וּvay.cha.te.'UH2398אֶת־'et-H853,to make atonementלְכַפֵּ֖רle.kha.PerH3722forעַל־'al-H5921allכָּל־kol-H3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588the kingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428had orderedאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the burnt offeringהָעוֹלָ֖הha.'o.LahH5930and the sin offeringוְהַחַטָּֽאת׃ve.ha.cha.TatH2403for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
25Hezekiah stationedוַיַּֽעֲמֵ֨דvai.ya.'a.MedH5975אֶת־'et-H853the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֜םhal.vi.YimH3881in the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068with cymbalsבִּמְצִלְתַּ֙יִם֙bim.tzil.Ta.yimH4700,harpsבִּנְבָלִ֣יםbin.va.LimH5035,and lyresוּבְכִנֹּר֔וֹתu.ve.khi.no.RotH3658according to the commandבְּמִצְוַ֥תbe.mitz.VatH4687of Davidדָּוִ֛ידda.VidH1732,of Gadוְגָ֥דve.GadH1410the king’sהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428seerחֹזֵֽה־cho.zeh-H2374,and of Nathanוְנָתָ֣ןve.na.TanH5416the prophetהַנָּבִ֑יאha.na.Vi'H5030.Forכִּ֧יkiH3588the commandהַמִּצְוָ֖הha.mitz.VahH4687had come fromבְיַד־ve.yad-H3027the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068throughבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027His prophetsנְבִיאָֽיו׃ סne.vi.'AvH5030.
27And Hezekiahחִזְקִיָּ֔הוּchiz.ki.Ya.huH2396orderedוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559that the burnt offeringהָעֹלָ֖הha.'o.LahH5930be sacrificedלְהַעֲל֥וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927on the altarלְהַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַle.ha.miz.Be.achH4196.Whenוּבְעֵ֞תu.ve.'EtH6256the burnt offeringהָֽעוֹלָ֗הha.'o.LahH5930beganהֵחֵ֣לhe.ChelH2490,the songשִׁיר־shir-H7892of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068and the trumpetsוְהַחֲצֹ֣צְר֔וֹתve.ha.cha.Tzo.tze.RotH2689began as wellהֵחֵ֤לhe.ChelH2490,accompanied byוְעַ֨ל־ יְדֵ֔יve.'Al- ye.DeiH5921H3027the instrumentsכְּלֵ֖יke.LeiH3627of Davidדָּוִ֥ידda.VidH1732kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
28The wholeוְכָל־ve.kholH3605assemblyהַקָּהָל֙ha.ka.HalH6951was worshipingמִֽשְׁתַּחֲוִ֔יםmish.ta.cha.VimH7812,the singersוְהַשִּׁ֣ירve.ha.ShirH7892were singingמְשׁוֹרֵ֔רme.sho.RerH7891,and the trumpetersוְהַחֲצֹצְר֖וֹתve.ha.cha.tzo.tze.RotH2689were playingמַחְצְרִ֑יםma.cha.tzo.tze.rimH2690.All thisהַכֹּ֕לha.KolH3605continued untilעַ֖ד'adH5704the burnt offeringהָעֹלָֽה׃ha.'o.LahH5930was completedלִכְל֥וֹתlikh.LotH3615.
29When the offeringsלְהַעֲל֑וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927were completedוּכְכַלּ֖וֹתu.khe.kha.LotH3615,the kingהַמֶּ֛לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428and allוְכָֽל־ve.kholH3605those presentהַנִּמְצְאִ֥יםha.nim.tze.'ImH4672with himאִתּ֖וֹ'i.ToH854bowed downכָּרְע֗וּka.re.'UH3766and worshipedוַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ׃vai.Yish.ta.cha.VuH7812.
30Then Kingהַמֶּ֤לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428Hezekiahיְחִזְקִיָּ֨הוּye.chiz.ki.Ya.huH2396and his officialsוְהַשָּׂרִים֙ve.ha.sa.RimH8269orderedוַ֠יֹּאמֶרVai.yo.merH559the Levitesלַלְוִיִּ֔םlal.vi.YimH3881to sing praisesלְהַלֵּל֙le.ha.LelH1984to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068in the wordsבְּדִבְרֵ֥יbe.div.ReiH1697of Davidדָוִ֖ידda.VidH1732and of Asaphוְאָסָ֣ףve.'a.SafH623the seerהַחֹזֶ֑הha.cho.ZehH2374.So they sang praisesוַֽיְהַלְלוּ֙ עַד־vay.ha.Lu 'ad-H1984H5704with gladnessלְשִׂמְחָ֔הle.sim.ChahH8057and bowed downוַֽיִּקְּד֖וּvai.yi.ke.DuH6915and worshipedוַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ׃ פvai.Yish.ta.cha.VuH7812.
31Thenוַיַּ֨עַןvai.Ya.'anH6030Hezekiahיְחִזְקִיָּ֜הוּye.chiz.ki.Ya.huH2396saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Nowעַתָּ֨ה'a.TahH6258thatyou have consecratedמִלֵּאתֶ֤םmi.le.TemH4390yourselvesיֶדְכֶם֙yed.KhemH3027to the LORDלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,come nearגֹּ֧שׁוּGo.shuH5066and bringוְהָבִ֛יאוּve.ha.Vi.'uH935sacrificesזְבָחִ֥יםze.va.ChimH2077and thank offeringsוְתוֹד֖וֹתve.to.DotH8426to the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.”So the assemblyהַקָּהָל֙ha.ka.HalH6951broughtוַיָּבִ֤יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935sacrificesזְבָחִ֣יםze.va.ChimH2077and thank offeringsוְתוֹד֔וֹתve.to.DotH8426,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605whose heartsלֵ֖בlevH3820were willingנְדִ֥יבne.DivH5081brought burnt offeringsעֹלֽוֹת׃o.LotH5930.

34Howeverרַ֤קrakH7535,since there wereהָי֣וּha.YuH1961not enoughלִמְעָ֔טlim.'AtH4592priestsהַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ha.ko.ha.NimH3548וְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808יָֽכְל֔וּya.khe.LuH3201to skinלְהַפְשִׁ֖יטle.haf.ShitH6584אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605the burnt offeringsהָעֹל֑וֹתha.'o.LotH5930,their Leviteהַלְוִיִּ֗םhal.vi.YimH3881brothersאֲחֵיהֶ֣ם'a.chei.HemH251helped themוַֽיְּחַזְּק֞וּםvai.ye.cha.ze.KumH2388untilעַד־'ad-H5704the workהַמְּלָאכָה֙ha.me.la.KhahH4399was finishedכְּל֤וֹתke.LotH3615and untilוְעַ֣דve.'AdH5704the priestsהַכֹּֽהֲנִ֔יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548had consecrated themselvesיִתְקַדְּשׁ֣וּyit.ka.de.ShuH6942.Forכִּ֤יkiH3588the Levitesהַלְוִיִּם֙hal.vi.YimH3881had been more diligentיִשְׁרֵ֣י לֵבָ֔בyish.Rei le.VavH3477H3824in consecrating themselvesלְהִתְקַדֵּ֖שׁle.hit.ka.DeshH6942than the priests had beenמֵֽהַכֹּהֲנִֽים׃Me.ha.ko.ha.NimH3548.
35Furthermoreוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571,the burnt offerings were abundantעֹלָ֨ה לָרֹ֜ב'o.Lah la.RoH5930H7230,along with the fatבְּחֶלְבֵ֧יbe.chel.VeiH2459of the peace offeringsהַשְּׁלָמִ֛יםha.she.la.MimH8002and the drink offeringsוּבַנְּסָכִ֖יםu.va.ne.sa.KhimH5262for the burnt offeringsלָעֹלָ֑הla.'o.LahH5930.So the serviceעֲבוֹדַ֥תa.vo.DatH5656of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068was establishedוַתִּכּ֖וֹןva.ti.KonH3559.
36Then Hezekiahיְחִזְקִיָּ֙הוּ֙ye.chiz.ki.Ya.huH2396and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971rejoicedוַיִּשְׂמַ֤חvai.yis.MachH8055at whatעַ֛ל'alH5921Godהָאֱלֹהִ֖יםha.'E.lo.HimH430had preparedהַהֵכִ֥יןha.he.KhinH3559for the peopleלָעָ֑םla.'AmH5971,becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588everythingהַדָּבָֽר׃ פha.da.VarH1697had been accomplishedהָיָ֥הha.YahH1961so quicklyבְּפִתְאֹ֖םbe.fit.'OmH6597.
