18Moreover, Jehoiadaיְהוֹיָדָ֨עye.ho.ya.Da'H3077putוַיָּשֶׂם֩vai.ya.SemH7760the oversightפְּקֻדֹּ֜תpe.ku.DotH6486of the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068into the handsבְּיַ֨דbe.YadH3027of the Leviticalהַלְוִיִּם֮hal.vi.YimH3881priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֣יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548,whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834Davidדָּוִיד֮da.VidH1732had appointedחָלַ֣קcha.LakH2505overעַל־'al-H5921the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068,to offerלְֽהַעֲל֞וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927burnt offeringsעֹל֣וֹתo.LotH5930to the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068as writtenכַּכָּת֛וּבka.ka.TuvH3789in the Lawבְּתוֹרַ֥תbe.to.RatH8451of Mosesמֹשֶׁ֖הmo.ShehH4872,with rejoicingבְּשִׂמְחָ֣הbe.sim.ChahH8057and songוּבְשִׁ֑יר עַ֖לu.ve.Shir 'alH7892H5921,as ordainedיְדֵ֥יye.DeiH3027by Davidדָוִֽיד׃da.VidH1732.
19He stationedוַֽיַּעֲמֵד֙vai.ya.'a.MedH5975gatekeepersהַשּׁ֣וֹעֲרִ֔יםha.Sho.'a.RimH7778atעַֽל־'al-H5921the gatesשַׁעֲרֵ֖יsha.'a.ReiH8179of the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,so that no oneוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808who wasin anyלְכָל־le.kholH3605wayדָּבָֽר׃da.VarH1697uncleanטָמֵ֖אta.Me'H2931could enterיָבֹ֥אya.Vo'H935.
