11Seeוְהִ֨נֵּה־ve.Hi.neh-H2009how theyהֵ֔םHemH1992are repayingגֹּמְלִ֖יםgo.me.LimH1580usעָלֵ֑ינוּ'a.Lei.nuH5921by comingלָבוֹא֙la.Vo'H935to drive us outלְגָ֣רְשֵׁ֔נוּle.Ga.re.She.nuH1644of the possessionמִיְּרֻשָּׁתְךָ֖mi.ye.ru.sha.te.KhaH3425thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834You gave us as an inheritanceהֽוֹרַשְׁתָּֽנוּ׃Ho.rash.Ta.nuH3423.

13Meanwhile allוְכָ֨ל־ve.Khol-H3605the menof Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063,withגַּם־gam-H1571their wivesנְשֵׁיהֶ֥םne.shei.HemH802and childrenוּבְנֵיהֶֽם׃ פu.ve.nei.HemH1121and little onesטַפָּ֖םta.PamH2945,were standingעֹמְדִ֖ים'o.me.DimH5975beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.

14Then the Spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068cameהָיְתָ֤הha.ye.TahH1961uponעָלָיו֙'a.LavH5921Jahazielוְיַחֲזִיאֵ֡לve.ya.cha.zi.'ElH3166sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Zechariahזְכַרְיָ֡הוּze.khar.Ya.huH2148,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Benaiahבְּ֠נָיָהBe.na.yahH1141,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Jeielיְעִיאֵ֧לye.'i.'ElH3273,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Mattaniahמַתַּנְיָ֛הma.tan.YahH4983,a Leviteהַלֵּוִ֖יha.le.ViH3881fromמִן־min-H4480Asaph’sאָסָ֑ף'a.SafH623descendantsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121, as he stoodin the midstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of the assemblyהַקָּהָֽל׃ha.ka.HalH6951.

18Then Jehoshaphatיְהוֹשָׁפָ֛טye.ho.sha.FatH3092bowedוַיִּקֹּ֧דvai.yi.KodH6915facedownאַפַּ֖יִם אָ֑רְצָה'a.Pa.yim 'A.re.tzahH639 H776,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the peopleוְיֹשְׁבֵ֣יve.yo.she.VeiH3427of Judahיְהוּדָ֞הye.hu.DahH3063and Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389fell downנָֽפְלוּ֙na.fe.LuH5307beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068to worshipלְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֹ֖תle.hish.ta.cha.VotH7812Himלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

19And the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֛םhal.vi.YimH3881fromמִן־min-H4480the Kohathitesהַקְּהָתִ֖ים וּמִן־ha.ke.ha.Tim u.min-H1121 H6956 H4480and Korahitesהַקָּרְחִ֑יםha.ka.re.ChimH7145stood upוַיָּקֻ֧מוּvai.ya.Ku.muH6965to praiseלְהַלֵּ֗לle.ha.LelH1984the LORDלַיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,shouting in a very loudגָּד֖וֹל לְמָֽעְלָה׃ga.Dol le.Ma.'e.lahH1419 H4605voiceבְּק֥וֹלbe.KolH6963.

20Early in the morningבַבֹּ֔קֶרva.Bo.kerH1242they got upוַיַּשְׁכִּ֣ימוּvai.yash.Ki.muH7925and leftוַיֵּצְא֖וּvai.ye.tze.'UH3318for the Wildernessלְמִדְבַּ֣רle.mid.BarH4057of Tekoaתְּק֑וֹעַte.Ko.a'H8620.As they set outוּבְצֵאתָ֞םu.ve.tze.TamH3318,Jehoshaphatיְהוֹשָׁפָ֗טye.ho.sha.FatH3092stood upעָמַ֣ד'a.MadH5975and saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559, “Hear meשְׁמָע֗וּנִיshe.ma.'U.niH8085,O peopleוְיֹשְׁבֵ֣יve.yo.she.VeiH3427of Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063and Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389.Believeהַאֲמִ֜ינוּha.'a.Mi.nuH539in the LORDבַּיהוָ֤הba.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶם֙'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,and you will be upheldוְתֵ֣אָמֵ֔נוּve.Te.'a.Me.nuH539;believeהַאֲמִ֥ינוּha.'a.Mi.nuH539in His prophetsבִנְבִיאָ֖יוvin.vi.'AvH5030,and you will succeedוְהַצְלִֽיחוּ׃ve.hatz.Li.chuH6743.”

21Then Jehoshaphat consultedוַיִּוָּעַץ֙vai.yi.va.'AtzH3289withאֶל־'el-H413the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971and appointed thoseוַיַּעֲמֵ֤דvai.ya.'a.MedH5975who would singמְשֹֽׁרֲרִים֙me.sho.ra.RimH7891to the LORDלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068and praiseוּֽמְהַֽלְלִ֖יםu.me.ha.LimH1984the splendorלְהַדְרַת־le.had.rat-H1927of His holinessקֹ֑דֶשׁKo.deshH6944.As they went outבְּצֵאת֙be.tzeTH3318beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the armyהֶֽחָל֔וּץhe.cha.LutzH2502,they were singingוְאֹֽמְרִים֙ve.'o.me.RimH559: “Give thanksהוֹד֣וּho.DuH3034to the LORDלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,forכִּ֥יkiH3588His loving devotionחַסְדּֽוֹ׃chas.DoH2617endures foreverלְעוֹלָ֖םle.'o.LamH5769.”
