16So Micaiah declaredוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559: “I sawרָאִ֤יתִיra.'I.tiH7200אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478scatteredנְפוֹצִ֣יםne.fo.TzimH6327onעַל־'al-H5921the hillsהֶֽהָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022like sheepכַּצֹּ֕אןka.TzonH6629אֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834withoutאֵין־'ein-H369a shepherdרֹעֶ֑הro.'EhH7462.And the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, ‘Theseלָאֵ֔לֶּהla.'E.lehH428peoplehave noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808masterאֲדֹנִ֣ים'a.do.NimH113;let each oneאִישׁ־'ish-H376returnיָשׁ֥וּבוּya.Shu.vuH7725homeלְבֵית֖וֹle.vei.ToH1004in peaceבְּשָׁלֽוֹם׃be.sha.LomH7965.’”
17Then the kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413Jehoshaphatיְהוֹשָׁפָ֑טye.ho.sha.FatH3092, “Did I notהֲלֹא֙ha.Lo'H3808tellאָמַ֣רְתִּי'a.Mar.tiH559youאֵלֶ֔יךָ'e.Lei.khaH413that he neverלֹא־lo'-H3808prophesiesיִתְנַבֵּ֥אyit.na.Be'H5012goodט֖וֹבTovH2896for meעָלַ֛י'a.LaiH5921,but onlyכִּ֥י אִם־ki 'im-H3588H518badלְרָֽע׃ סle.Ra'H7451?”
18Micaiah continuedוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Thereforeלָכֵ֖ןla.KhenH3651hearשִׁמְע֣וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068:I sawרָאִ֤יתִיra.'I.tiH7200אֶת־'et-H853the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068sittingיוֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427onעַל־'al-H5921His throneכִּסְא֔וֹkis.'OH3678,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the hostצְבָ֤אtze.Va'H6635of heavenהַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064standingעֹֽמְדִ֔ים'o.me.DimH5975onעַל־'al-H5921His rightיְמִינ֖וֹye.mi.NoH3225and on His leftוּשְׂמֹאלֽוֹ׃u.se.mo.LoH8040.
19And the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, ‘Whoמִ֤יmiH4310will enticeיְפַתֶּה֙ye.fa.TehH6601אֶת־'et-H853Ahabאַחְאָ֣ב'ach.'AvH256kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478to march upוְיַ֕עַלve.Ya.'alH5927and fallוְיִפֹּ֖לve.yi.PolH5307at Ramoth-gileadבְּרָמ֣וֹת גִּלְעָ֑דbe.ra.Mot gil.'AdH7418H1568?’And oneזֶ֚הzehH2088suggestedוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559thisכָּ֔כָהKa.khahH3602,and anotherוְזֶ֖הve.ZehH2088אֹמֵ֣ר'o.MerH559אֹמֵ֥ר'o.MerH559thatכָּֽכָה׃Ka.khahH3602.
20Then a spiritהָר֗וּחַha.Ru.achH7307came forwardוַיֵּצֵ֣אvai.ye.Tze'H3318,stoodוַֽיַּעֲמֹד֙vai.ya.'a.ModH5975beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and saidוַיֹּ֖אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, ‘Iאֲנִ֣י'a.NiH589will entice himאֲפַתֶּ֑נּוּ'a.fat.Te.nuH6601.’ ‘By what meansבַּמָּֽה׃ba.MahH4100?’askedוַיֹּ֧אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559the LORDיְהוָ֛ה אֵלָ֖יוYah.weh 'e.LavH3068H413.
21And he repliedוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, ‘I will go outאֵצֵא֙'e.Tze'H3318and beוְהָיִ֙יתִי֙ve.ha.Yi.tiH1961a lyingשֶׁ֔קֶרShe.kerH8267spiritלְר֣וּחַle.Ru.achH7307in the mouthsבְּפִ֖יbe.FiH6310of allכָּל־kol-H3605his prophetsנְבִיאָ֑יוne.vi.'AvH5030.’ ‘You will surely entice himתְּפַתֶּה֙te.fa.TehH6601andוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571prevailתּוּכָ֔לtu.KhalH3201,’saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559the LORD. ‘Goצֵ֖אtze'H3318and doוַעֲשֵׂה־va.'a.seh-H6213itכֵֽן׃KhenH3651.’
22Soוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258you seeהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009,the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has putנָתַ֤ןna.TanH5414a lyingשֶׁ֔קֶרShe.kerH8267spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307in the mouthsבְּפִ֖יbe.FiH6310of theseאֵ֑לֶּה'E.lehH428prophets of yoursנְבִיאֶ֣יךָne.vi.'Ei.khaH5030,and the LORDוַֽיהוָ֔הva.Yah.wehH3068has pronouncedדִּבֶּ֥רdi.BerH1696disasterרָעָֽה׃ סra.'AhH7451against youעָלֶ֖יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921.”
