Numbers 30:8-12
8But if her husbandH376 disallow her in the dayH3117 that he heareth it, then he shall makeH8085 void her vowH5088 which is upon her, and the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath boundH631 her soulH5315: and Jehovah will forgive her.
9But the vowH5088 of a widow, or of her that is divorced, even everything wherewith she hath boundH631 her soulH5315, shall stand against her. 10And if she vowedH5088 in her husband’s house, or boundH631 her soulH5315 by a bond with an oath, 11and her husbandH376 heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vowsH5087 shall stand, and every bond wherewith she boundH631 her soulH5315 shall stand. 12But if her husbandH376 made them null and void in the day that he heardH8085 them, then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vowsH5088, or concerning the bond of her soulH5315, shall not standH6965: her husbandH376 hath made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.
