Numbers 30:3-5

3Also when a woman voweth a vowH5088 unto Jehovah, and bindeth herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth, 4and her fatherH1 heareth her vowH5088, and her bond wherewith she hath boundH631 her soul, and her fatherH1 holdeth his peace at her; then all her vowsH5088 shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath boundH631 her soul shall stand. 5But if her fatherH1 disallow her in the day that he heareth, none of her vowsH5088, or of her bonds wherewith she hath boundH631 her soulH5315, shall standH6965: and Jehovah will forgive her, because her fatherH1 disallowed her.
