Numbers 30:12-14
12But if her husbandH376 made them null and void in the day that he heardH8085 them, then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vowsH5088, or concerning the bond of her soulH5315, shall not standH6965: her husbandH376 hath made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.
13Every vowH5088, and every binding oath to afflict the soulH5315, her husbandH376 may establishH6965 it, or her husbandH376 may makeH8085 it void. 14But if her husbandH376 altogether hold his peace at her from day to day, then he establisheth all her vowsH5088, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath establishedH6965 them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
