Numbers 30:10-14

10And if she vowedH5088 in her husband’s house, or boundH631 her soulH5315 by a bond with an oath, 11and her husbandH376 heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vowsH5087 shall stand, and every bond wherewith she boundH631 her soulH5315 shall stand. 12But if her husbandH376 made them null and void in the day that he heardH8085 them, then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vowsH5088, or concerning the bond of her soulH5315, shall not standH6965: her husbandH376 hath made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.

13Every vowH5088, and every binding oath to afflict the soulH5315, her husbandH376 may establishH6965 it, or her husbandH376 may makeH8085 it void. 14But if her husbandH376 altogether hold his peace at her from day to day, then he establisheth all her vowsH5088, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath establishedH6965 them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
