11NowG1161 JesusG2424 stoodG2476 before the governorG2232: and the governorG2232 askedG1905 him, sayingG3004, Art thou the KingG935 of the JewsG2453? And JesusG2424 saidG3004 unto him, Thou sayest. 12And when he was accusedG2723 by the chiefG749 priestsG749 and eldersG4245, he answeredG611 nothing. 13ThenG5119 saith PilateG4091 unto him, Hearest thou not howG4214 manyG4214 things they witness against thee? 14And he gave him no answerG611, not evenG2532 to oneG1520 word: insomuch that the governorG2232 marvelled greatlyG3029. 15NowG1161 at the feastG1859 the governorG2232 was wont to releaseG630 unto the multitudeG3793 oneG1520 prisonerG1198, whom they wouldG2309. 16And they had thenG5119 a notable prisonerG1198, called BarabbasG912. 17When thereforeG3767 they were gatheredG4863 togetherG4863, PilateG4091 saidG3004 unto them, Whom will ye that I releaseG630 unto you? BarabbasG912, or JesusG2424 who is called ChristG5547? 18For he knew that for envyG5355 they had deliveredG3860 him up.
